Answer:	2.5 grams of leucine is the proven amount needed to trigger protein synthesis. That's 5g total or 10 pills. I'm not sure why the doses on these are so small but I figure if an 80 pound asian girl needs 2.5g of leucine then going with more BCAAs would probably serve you better. That's an insane amount of pills but this is to avoid using the powder that stinks and tastes awful. Obi Obadike recommends 10g of BCAA pre and post Workout. 20g of BCAAs is 40 pills!

A few hundred calories from lean chicken breast is not the same as the same calories from a donut!Melissa please understand that this is simply a supplement . If you don't eat clean and ballance complex carbs like rice , oats, sweet potatos just to name a few you won't get any results. Also it's important to watch sodium levels and sugars.
