Answer:	The energy comes from sugar. I run 1/2 and full marathons ( in nyc) and these are given out at the 8 mile mark during the 1/2 and at 7 and 15 during the full. I also put one in my pocket during long training runs.. they are made by various companies and come in a lot of flavors too. You can eat a candy bar and get the sugar, but this is more convenient, Finally, they were under $11 for 24 when I bought them.

Answer:	I am Diabetic. I know to subtract Fiber from total Carbs. But I'm not sure if we (Diabetics) subtract the Glycerin too, or if that's just an Atkins Plan thing. So if I eat this bar, that is 23g Carbs, 12g Fiber= 11 Carbs. Do I take my insulin for 11 Carb ratio? Or subtract the glycerin too and only consider 3 Carbs/insulin ratio?

Plus, I often receive them in dented boxes and with expiration dates only about 3-4 months away. I really like Atkins bars but I won't buy them on Amazon any more. Answer:	I've used it on my 980ti with the stock blower and it's just okay at best. Saw a 3 degree difference but didn't really scientifically test the card with new thermal paste also. Left it on for 5 months and decided to check it out, the liquid metal started etching itself into the aluminum base on the cooler. The die was okay, no noticable etching.

Answer:	Of course, sure. But be careful especially in laptop that if you may take it out, since it is conductive, the rest of "liquid metal" between the chips die and the heatsink copper will be overflowed out.(It is really something like as liquid) Eventually, it will be "leakage" out. Thus, you need to doing something such as using extra-thin "double-side" tape to adhere the surroundings on the chipset, that is between the chips PCB(not die area) and the heatsink copper, it is far more safer and better. I used liquid metal in my 3 laptops so far, 2 laptops are in case of leakage and make some troublesome to clean and re-paste, so you need to take extra care if you will go out with the laptop. I actually use double-side tape and epoxy to fix between the chipset and the heatsink. Although it is void warranty, but it is far far far safest. Since, after used some time, lets say 6-9 months, if there is any little bit movement between the die and the heatsink, the effect of the paste will be degraded dramatically.

Answer:	Honey Stinger chews packaging will indicate whether it contains caffeine when in fact there is caffeine. For instance, the Cherry Cola would indicate "with caffeine from White Tea Contains 95% Organic Ingredients made with Organic Honey". That would be on the front of the individual pouches.

Answer:	I have the Fruit Smoothie Honey Stinger. Strawberry is not listed as one of the ingredients. One ingredient that IS listed are natural flavors. What comprises natural flavors is not explained but Strawberry is not specifically listed anywhere. I have three separate flavors of Honey Stinger. All provide excellent energy.and are tasty, like candy.
