Answer:	There are no hangers or fasteners attached to the letters. I think they could be fastened with "Blu-Tak" poster putty. The letters are cut from 1/4" plywood, so they are very light. Answer:	The stevia leaf extract in NOOMA undergoes an extraction process that is certified organic. The leaves are washed with water an organic ethanol and the sweet part of the leaf (predominately Reb A) is extracted. This liquid is then dried and the powder we use remains.

Answer:	Yes! It’s delicious if you like lemons. They recently changed it (March 2020?) and gave it more citrus flavor. Previously it was considered less noticeable. But the change is still delicious and one of my favorites.

Answer:	There is no saturated fat from the coconut water. Coconut water is the actual liquid from inside a coconut as compared to coconut milk, which comes from the "meat" of the coconut and contains fat. Therefore NOOMA does not contain any fat or saturated fat.

Answer:	Flavors in their most basic form start with a fruit which is distilled (cooked) down to extract the most concentrated oils and essences which are literally what we taste when we bite the fruit. Answer:	Shelf life is basically the expatriation date. The expiration date is required by FDA labeling laws. It is either embossed or indelible ink (wont rub off).
