Answer:	2.5 grams of leucine is the proven amount needed to trigger protein synthesis. That's 5g total or 10 pills. I'm not sure why the doses on these are so small but I figure if an 80 pound asian girl needs 2.5g of leucine then going with more BCAAs would probably serve you better. That's an insane amount of pills but this is to avoid using the powder that stinks and tastes awful. Obi Obadike recommends 10g of BCAA pre and post Workout. 20g of BCAAs is 40 pills!

Answer:	The country of origin is China ... packaging & distribution is handled by Bulk Supplements ("BS") in Nevada, which will provide a copy of the Analysis Report on request (use chat room on co's website to request). However, it should be noted that the Analysis Reports are questionable, since the bottom of each report explicitly states the Analysis can be conducted by the supplier ... which would definitely be self serving. When questioned, the company was unable (or unwilling) to identify exactly where the Analysis in the report was conducted, and by whom. Very disappointing.

Products with crazy high amounts of vit c are not natural, not normal levels of vit c and are made that way by adding vit c to the product. Read the ingredients of those products and you will see what they added to get those levels. Also know that your body cannot absorb and utilize crazy high levels of vit c from a drink or smoothie, it’s wasted but makes you feel like you are getting a better product.

And the water seems to go easier with my digestion and it doesn't make me feel ill. I don't put but a scoop of either of these in my water at a time though, but I'm 60 yrs young so I try not to over do energy drinks, but I sure do like them! Also, this type doesn't make my muscles sting like some energy pre-workout powders do, so I really like that a lot.
