Answer:	We reccomend that you warm up before using the Limber Pro to get the best stretch. Walking around for a few minutes lightly swinging your arms or light jumping jacks would be a great alternative to a treadmill or elliptical machine.

Answer:	250 lbs without support bracket. 300lbs with support bracket. All machines come with the bracket. Its your choice to install it or not based on user weight.

STEP 1 ADJUST INCLINE

Adjust the height of the Invert Extend N Go to your preference using the adjustable incline lever.

STEP 2 - SECURE ANKLES

While seated at the edge of your bench, place your ankles between the foam rollers. Adjust the grip of the foam rollers and safely secure them around your ankles to fit snuggly.

STEP 3 - PLACE ARMS AROUND HOLDERS

Holding onto the rubber handles, slowly lay back down on the padded bench. Place your arms over the upper foam rollers to maintain stability while performing your stretches.

STEP 4 - PULL CRANK

Use your right hand to pull the crank toward you. As you continue to pull, the machine moves to give you a relaxing back stretch. Once you have completed your stretch, push the crank and you will feel the machine go back to it’s original setting.

Answer:	Honestly, it goes back to far if you have back pain like that to start off. You're going to want to table that starts at like 10 degrees. This one starts with you almost upside down and if you can't do a sit-up you can't get up.
