Answer:	There are only six, but there are 4 different levels for each of the six. I was a bit confused by this also, and they are a bit deceptive to advertise 24 different modes. You just go to a mode selector (the "M") and as you click it you will see the numbers `1,2,3,4 appear. That will enable you to select the mode level you find best for you.

Answer:	It will be a Lifetime warranty if purchased direct or from their Amazon store, and you register within a 30 day period. You must contact them for an RMA and You must pay cost of shipping unit to Ca. and include a $11.99 return shipping fee. Not that great of a warranty after all. IMHO. For a few dollars more you can purchase a new unit. I suspect that's what their counting on.

Question:	Are the cables made of lead like one customer claims
Answer:	No. That is very VERY unlikely. Someone has misinterpreted the specifications here. Short Explanation: Lead is a poor electrical conductor vs Copper (more than 10 times less conductivity than copper), and wouldn't be durable over time if someone attempted to create flexible wire leads for the contact pads using lead instead of copper. Longer explanation: Lead cannot be used to make electrical wires because it's a much poorer conductor of electricity, has a very low melting point ,and also is more fragile than copper, (which has melting point above 1000 degrees), whereas the melting point of Lead is below 350 degrees. Further, copper is a very ductile metal, while still being strong. Ductility is a material's ability to deform under tensile stress. This is often characterized by the material's ability to be stretched into a wire. Answer:	A battery comes with the unit. I'm really not sure how long the battery lasts as I don't use it continuously and our recharger is old and doesn't work efficiently. Sorry.

Answer:	Both channels can be set to tens or both to end. You can use a single channel at a time also.

Question:	Do I need to replace pad every time? Or between family member use
Answer:	No the pads get replaced only when they no longer will stick to the skin. I have used mine for over 50-75 times and they still stick, although I have rinsed them with water a few times. As for sharing between family members, I'd probably want my own set of pads.
Question:	What is the max electrical charge in mA
Answer:	The booklet says 70 volts at 500 ohms. Using the conversion factor of 1000 mA per volt, that means this unit has a maximum output of 70000 mA at 500 ohms (whatever that means). Considering the fact that the average TENS unit outputs about 80 mA, 70,000 mA seems like enough electricity to supply power to New York City for a week. I'm joking but that amount does seem extreme. Maybe someone with some knowledge of electricity can make sense of it.
Question:	How long are the cords on the unit? I need it for lower calf pain and was wondering if they are long enough to fit under clothing to use at work
Answer:	4 ft (48 inches). You can also get a larger pad that gives a larger coverage area. I love my unit. I use it every day and it has helped me so much with pain management. You can t go wrong with this and I think the cord is long enough to use on your calf.
Question:	Can it use rechargable batteries
Answer:	All AA and AAA rechargeable batteries are only 1.25 volts each. All alkaline and carbon batteries of this size are 1.5 volts each; using two produces 3.0 volts. Always avoid using rechargeable batteries if you want to have maximum power.
