Question:	Can the belt be machine washed
Answer:	Probably by hand. The electronic module snaps out. So no issue there. But you want to protect always the four little rubberish cups that deliver current to your back. Mine needs to be washed soon. I'll do it in a sink. Warm, soapy water, then rinse. Should be like new. I've been wiping down now and then with a small cotton cloth with rubbing alcohol because I'm lazy. But it eventually needs washed. One of the best purchases I ever made. Still going strong after all this time and batteries seem to last way longer than they should. At least 4x longer, seriously.

Answer:	It depends on which ones you get. My unit came with 1 package of 4. They lasted about 3 to 4 uses. (But I will have them on all day) If you buy more gel pads, get the brand that comes in your kit. The cheaper ones tend to be very sticky and the gel comes off on your hands and leaves a residue on your body. They don’t last as long.

We want to make this right for you. 1. When plugging in the lead wires to channel 1 and/or 2, make sure that they are fully pushed down. The post of the plug should be all the way in. 2. Make sure the Pins of the lead wires are fully pushed into the pig tail connector of the lead wires. No bare metal should be visible. 3. Electrodes should be placed a minimum of 2" apart and a maximum or 6" 4. Make sure the skin where your pads are being placed is clean and free of oils, lotions and excess hair. These will limit the pads from making a full connection and closing the circuit. If the circuit is not "closed" the device does have a safety feature that will shut it off to prevent injury.
