Answer:	I bought this straight out as my hubby has a bum back between l4 and l5 - this thing seriously does the trick he could be hunched over in pain put this on and within 15 minutes he is not pain free but he can actually move himself around - I was scared to use it myself as my back is messed up from the neck to the tailbone and one night i was in so much pain i could not sleep so i put it on and went thru the first 15 minutes and then turned it back on and needless to say i woke up several hours later so i had gotten comfortable enough to fall asleep within the next 15 minute run cycle

Question:	Why does this stop after a minute regardless of settings and I still have plenty of timer left? I can move the intensity back up but but it stops
Answer:	Does the intensity keep moving all the way down after you move it back up? If a part of the pad loses contact with your skin the intensity moves to 0
