Answer:	No I don't think they should be faced down the whole time nor do I think it would be comfortable to flip over on top of it. What I do is hand her a pillowcase and she covers her chest with one arm. She uses her other arm to rise up on all fours, or threes (knees and one arm), then I pull the cushion out and she flips. You may want to get a step to use while she is on the cushion (like used for step class, they are at Walmart) because it makes them much taller.

Answer:	Yes, there is a zipper going over the top square part. I did take it off to wash: it was easy to get the cover off, but since the pillow ends are curvy, it took a few more minutes to put it back on afterwards. I just squized the pillow ends and pushed them to the very end of the cover, then let it go - and it took its shape right back.

I have tried different brands and this one is absolutely the best of the best in my opinion. It only takes up about 1/3 of my king size bed and my husband has never complained once about it.

Answer:	I ordered this for my mother in law, came from someone else's house, already used. I called Amazon & they said that it comes from the warehouse. The warehouse is where people return items & they resend them out. Very Unsanitary

Answer:	Great question. I've had mine for about 4 months. I also sleep w/3 heating pads year round bcuz I have fibromyalgia & neuropathy. havent noticed that it does either (keep u cool or keep u warm). I will say I absolutely LOVE mine because it helps support the back, neck & knees when you are sleeping. It also helps minimize morning headaches & stiff neck. Plus it can b folded back as a back rest when your watching TV. Hope that helps. If not, please feel free to white me back. But I absolutely LOVE mine & hate it when I'm on vacation & cant take it with me. When you 1st get it, IG comes vacuum sealed n a smaller package. Once you take it out of the vacuum seal, its good to go & the cover unzips & is machine washable.
