Answer:	You can just simply put it in the dryer for 15 or 20 minutes and will restore to its full thickness.If you make it a habit each morning when you wake up to grab the pillow by opposite ends and push your hands together and pull them apart several times, it will keep your pillow fresh and full.

Question:	Does this pillow smell
Answer:	I just received my 2 queen size pillows—unfortunately, they do smell. I probably arrived here like many others: The Wirecutter recommends this pillow (but does warn that it may have a strong chemical smell). I figured that the manufacturer would be aware of this high-profile feedback and have corrected the issue. The price is so reasonable that I couldn't resist giving these pillows a try. The chemical smell was apparent as soon as I cut away the plastic (the pillows come compressed in a roll). I removed the outer case and put the pillow in the dryer (as instructed) for 20 minutes. That did nothing for the smell. I let it sit out all day, then put it back in the outer case and into my own pillowcase. I tried sleeping with it last night but it was too stinky (t's a strong, harsh chemical smell) and I returned to my old pillow after 5 minutes. I'm going to leave both pillows out for a few days to a week to see if the off-gassing subsides. It not, I'll return them to Amazon.

Question:	I have slept on a tempurpedic pillow for years. what are some reasons i might change to the eden coop pillow
Answer:	I don't know what would make you change if you're comfortable with what you have. But I've been looking for a pillow for years, and I've tried everything you could possibly think of (including a tempurpedic). I haven't woken up with a stiff neck or headache since I switched to this pillow and it literally feels like heaven when I lie down. I couldn't be happier with this.
Question:	How do i get rid of the overwhelming smell of chemicals in the fill? Is it ok to wash it
Answer:	Viscoelastic foam or “memory foam” tends to have a scent when new. Since the memory foam in our pillows is freshly manufactured and packed, our pillows can sometimes have this scent. Our apologies for any concern this caused. Rest assured, our foam is CertiPUR-US certified for your safety and does not contain any flame retardants. We never want to expose our customers to anything harmful or dangerous. We're not allowed to paste outside links within communication through Amazon, but if you google CertiPUR-US, their website can tell you more about their foam certification program and what it means. To reduce the scent, you can place the pillow in the dryer on low for 1 to 2 hours with a couple of dryer sheets. I would also recommend separating the outer removable cover from the inner pillow when doing so in order to allow for more air flow. Depending on the strength of the scent, you might want to do this more than once. If you find that it doesn't provide enough help, you can wash the inner pillow and outer removable cover. Just keep in mind that because the pillow is dense and can only be dried on low heat, it may take several cycles to dry. Instructions for washing both are below. Removable Cover -To Wash: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. -To Dry: Tumble dry low. If you do not have a dryer, you can air dry the cover in the sun. Make sure the cover is completely dry before use. Inner pillow -To Wash: Secure the zipper closed with a safety pin to ensure that it does not open/spill memory foam during the wash. Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. -To Dry: Tumble dry low 3-5 hours. Make sure the inner pillow is completely dry before use. If not completely dry, place pillow back in dryer and continue to dry until no moisture is found inside. Always separate the outer cover from the inner pillow before washing either item.

Answer:	It took me about six hours on high heat to dry. I had to bleach it too as the moisture reallllllly sticks into the foam. My pillow has a small hole which was nice to feel if the core of the pillow was dry. I love this pillow with 5 stars, but drying it was a pain in the butt. It fell apart and exploded memory foam out of the hole in the dryer. Still worth it

Answer:	It should be sufficient if used on top of a firm mattress. Mine provides adequate support when used for the same thing, and I am a large person.
