Answer:	I have not measured the distance, but contrary to what others say, the sides are not further apart on the large pillow. I have used and compared both sizes at home. I recommend the large for everyone with a neck. Also, if you experience heat, get the silk cover. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes. My neck stays on the pillow all night and I don’t wake up in the morning with a ton of pressure. The pillow actually has helped my case out a ton. The pillow is nice and thick and doesn’t cave in. It actually holds my big head up very nicely. I recommend it for great support and better sleep. It works for side sleepers and back sleepers. I tent to do both. If I had to complain about anything it would be the zipper. The zipper does poke out now and then so I just adjust it when needed. It has come close to poking my eye but I was luck it didn’t. I could add a pillow case to resolve the issue. Overall I still would rate my pillow a 10 with 5 stars.

Answer:	That’s a tough one because coolness is so subjective but maybe it will help that I’m in the middle of having hot flashes - I feel like I’m on fire from the inside- and this pillow is fine. It doesn’t make me feel hot or hotter during a hot flash. I like it. It’s cool enough for me.

Question:	You have two different styles of pillow. What is the difference between the butterfly pillow and the one with the hole in the middle
Answer:	This pillow allows me to sleep on my back(hole in the middle) and also turn to sleep on either side(butterfly wings). All the while giving me neck support and keeping my shoulder pushed down alleviating my neck and shoulder pain from pinched nerves while I sleep.
