Answer:	Yes, they wash up really nice and I put them in the dryer. I would suggest two pairs so you can rotate them.

Answer:	They should. I purchased them for our seats in our Motorhome, which have much larger arms than a wheelchair arms. The Velcro straps were a little short, so we just added some more Velcro strips to extend the length to secure them. Worked great. Hope this helps. :)

Answer:	Yes, with sharp scissors. However, I looked on the bottom and there are NOT the little guide lines imprinted like on other brands of inner soles, so you really would have to get an accurate measure prior to cutting. We love these inner soles!! Hope you can figure it out.

Answer:	Size 8M width is 3-5/8". Length is 10-1/2". Sizes shown are men's shoe. 8M is EU size 41 or 42. Women's EU 41-42 is US 10-11 I wear women's 8-EEE, very wide, so I always get larger insoles and shorten them. I got the 8M to fit into a men's Skechers size 8M.

Answer:	I think you could, but they are pretty solid so you are going to need craft shears and not paper or fabric shears. However, if you are looking for a really soft fluffy feel like I was, you will not love these. I kept them and put them in leather booties I use as house slippers because the sheepskin fleece had lost umph and I needed the additional support for my flat feet. I do like the arch support, but would have like more padding. Good luck.

Answer:	I'm not sure what is meant by "extra wide toe box shoes". The Product Dimensions: 11.8 x 3.9 x 0.2 inches. I used them in slippers when the inner sole wore out. I can tell you these are very comfortable but I think they are not meant for the square toe style shoe.

Answer:	My son bought the Large (which fits him leaving 1/8” at tip of middle finger, a perfect fit in my opinion. He measures 9 1/2” from tip of pinky to tip of thumb when his hand is fully splayed.
