when putting it on, roll the elastic strap on top of the plastic and only when fully slide on the cast, roll it back over onto the skin. Pulling the elastic over the cast material is not easy. The same would apply for taking it off. Just roll the elastic back over the plastic and the cover comes right off.

Answer:	I don't know the exact dimensions, my arms are approximately 30" long from shoulder to fingertips, and I had about 3 extra inches of room at he hand. The diaphragm will be tight if you have large biceps. I'm an average size woman (12" around biceps), and it was pretty snug around the arm.
