Question:	Having trouble connecting Bluetooth. Eufy app recognizes the device but says its disconnected
Answer:	I read that some Android devices require your Location Services to be turned on in order for the Bluetooth to work these scales. It was either in the description of this scale or the description of a different scale I was comparing it to. By the way, I chose to purchase this scale after doing my research. I LOVE the Eufy company and I am buying their WiFi doorbell. It is much better than the Ring doorbell because you can access all of the motion detected footage for FREE. Ring makes you pay $3 / month to see your own footage... bogus! I'm also getting their wireless security cameras with rechargeable batteries which last one year between charges. And, no, I don't work for Eufy and to be honest, I never heard of them before I started looking into Ring doorbells and their competitiors. This was yesterday, but today is Prime Day, so I had to hurry and do my research.
