Answer:	It is decently loud. We also unplug it when not in use. I would say it is louder than our fridge. Buuuuuuut, my husband loves the cold beer, so it is all worth it! lol

Answer:	I think you will find many things can be put in the machine.
Question:	Should I turn off the keg coupler and co2 when Im away
Answer:	Most likely. You really need to pre-chill mini keg in regular household refrigerator before using. Also add cold water to unit. It is designed to keep beer cold not necessarily chill a warm mini keg.

Question:	Will this hold other liquids? Like soda as well
Answer:	I would say it depends on your climate and where you are putting it. It has standard insulation for a fridge but if you might have to keep the CO2 tank outside depending on the size of keg you put in, or if you convert it to a dual tap which was very easy if you are using Korney kegs. Keeping a CO2 unit cold is important (you can't even get a tank refilled if it is warm) to taste and proper carbonation. I live in the desert and it is too hot to keep it outside in the summer and the lines would freeze in the winter to maintain proper temperature on the beer. If you lived in a moderate climate and kept in out of the sun the unit might be okay but I can't speak to the quality of beer you would get out, epically if it is homebrew.
Question:	How do i purchase a new tap assembly? I cant find any link to just the tap on Amazon or your site
Answer:	Yes it will.
Question:	Can you get extra different size growlers to fit the tap
Answer:	With proper CO2 you will get a couple of months out of a keg. The five gallon CO2 lasts between five and six half kegs. Smaller kegs in theory will be used faster and thus should stay fresher. If beer is in a keg for two months each, the size won't matter on freshness. After every full keg one should clean the lines. This is very easy and only takes 45 minutes.
Question:	Can I pour previously bottled or canned beer into this to give it more of that “fresh from the tap” taste? Or is this more for home brewers
Answer:	If you are going to let it set for a while clean the lines and faucet, get a tight fitting nozzle cover for the faucet but leave the CO2 on . Once a keg has been tapped it should remain under pressure until it is empty.

Answer:	The coupler that comes with this will fit all domestic beer kegs and most micro-brew kegs. It will not fit homebrew kegged kegs. That requires a different coupler. If you ever go outside of the realm of domestic kegs, makes sure to check a list like this http://www.kegworks.com/company/keg-coupler-list. European beers require a different tap.

Question:	Can I use this to carbonate water
Answer:	Wineman is incorrect - PBW is significantly stronger than soda ash. An aqueous solution containing 1% soda ash has a pH of approximately 11.4. A 1% solution of PBW (30% sodium metasilicate anhydrous) has a pH of approximately 12.0. PBW is 30% sodium metasilicate anhydrous. This is where it gets its alkalinity from. Soda Ash is considered a non-hazardous material by the department of transportation. Sodium metasilicate anhydrous on the other hand is classified as a corrosive material, requiring the diamond corrosive label. In addition it is classified as a packaging group II by the DOT. Do a search for the SDS on Soda Ash and one for Sodium Metasilicate Anhydrous. PBW is a good product, however it's marketed as something that it's not. It is a corrosive material and it should viewed from a personal protection (PPE) standpoint, similar to a material containing caustic soda. Caustic Soda is classified corrosive, packaging group II. However, sodium metasilicate anhydrous is significantly less corrosive to aluminum and other "soft metals." That however is simply its "chemistry" not its alkaline strength.

Answer:	My label gives dilutions in "oz" per gallon, but it doesn't specify whether this is fluid ounces or avoirdupois ounces. It does indicate weighted solutions for different uses: 0.56% solution by weight for light cleaning (5.6 grams per liter of water) My label says ".075%" to 1.1% solution by weight for medium cleaning (I'm guessing the former is a typo and was intended to be 0.75% rather than .075%, so this would be 7.5 - 11 grams per liter of water) "2 to 4 oz per gallon" For soaking solutions or heavy cleaning (I guess this would be 11 - 22 grams per liter of water) In short, the measurements on my label are inconsistent, so I stick with the weighted solutions and measure that way. For reference, I measured out a standard 8oz US measuring cup and it weighed 260 grams, or about 16.25 grams per Tablespoon. This works out to (roughly): 4 teaspoons per gallon of water for light cleaning 5½ - 8 teaspoons per gallon for medium cleaning 8 - 16 teaspoons per gallon for heavy cleaning/soaking

The handles on this system keep getting stuck. How to fix this?

Sticking faucets are a common problem in home draft systems, especially when they are not used often. Disconnecting the draft system and running the faucets under hot water for a few seconds usually does the trick. Also spraying the front of the faucets with water can help as well, essentially beer dries in the front portion of the faucet causing it to stick, beer is very sticky when dry but water breaks it down pretty easily.

I cant get anything other than foam, is there a problem with my settings?

1. High Co2 Pressure: We normally recommend 10~12 pounds. Pull the relief valve on the coupler and adjust output up as you are pouring.
2. Beer Lines: Beer lines longer than 6 feet can cause issues. After long use, please use our cleaning kit (ASIN B07HGN896R) to ensure that the lines are free from dirty.
3. Coupler Probe Washer: If it is damaged or missing, you will always get foam beer.
4. Poor pour: Hold the glass 45 degrees, tilt the glass upright as you reach the halfway point.
5. Warm hose: Install a tower cooler to cool the beer hose inside the tower.

How to fix find and fix a leak in a regulator?

Get a spray bottle and fill it with foaming agent. You can also use a no-rinse sanitizer like Star San mixed with water if you are a home brewer. You just need something that will bubble up when air is escaping.

TIPS: After the installation is complete, please be sure to observe the system for leaks for avoid wasting CO2.
