Answer:	I wouldn't order this BP machine in the first place...it will give you so many different readings, the cuff is way too long...and has velcro on it the entire length, so when you are trying to put it on, the Velcro grabs the strip...and I figured my BP was probably up 25 pts. by the time I went to do my 3 BP readings (because I could never trust which one was correct, if any of them were...and they weren't)...and got various readings...so far apart...sent me to my first Cardio Dr....I got so worried. Went to Dr. that morning with the reading this machine gave me and it was SO FAR OFF...should me to have 165/75 when it was 118/67!

Answer:	I had the same issue/question when I just got mine....no where in the manual does it explain this. To switch, with the unit OFF press and hold the MEM button for a few seconds. The device will turn on with the 1st person icon selected. Press the MEM button again to toggle to the 2nd person then press the SET button. Now when you press the START button to fully turn it on to take a reading, it will be listing the 2nd person's memory slot. It will stay on this 2nd one until you change it back. Not intuitive at all, it really needs to be in the manual. As an aside....the manual lists the companies website for support but it is woeful as there is nothing on there like FAQ's or updated manuals. I even called their 800 number from the manual several times, chose customer service and it was never answered.

Error 2:Pulse cannot be detected.

Error 3: Air leakage is detected in the early stage of decompression, pull out the cuff, press on/key to measure, it will stop and display midway.

Error 4: The trachea is blocked in the early stage of pressurization.

Error 5: The interference is too large during the measurement, and the arm is moved during the measurement.

Error 6: The pressure value exceeds 295mmHg (resistance type) (39.3Kpa)/300mmHg (capacitive type) (40Kpa)

SOLOTION: Correct the measurement posture and re-measure!

"Sit with your feet flat on the floor, rest your back against the chair, and place your arm on a table or other flat surface to the level of your heart".

Answer:	I received both a set of 4 AAA batteries and a USB cable that I can plug into a USB wall charger if I want to save the batteries. There is also a port for a wall AC adapter but the AC adapter is not included.
