It accommodates the wide range of adult sizes. we wouldn't recommend it's use on children. Of course it is still safe to use on anyone however, the results you get may not be as accurate as adults. Answer:	It has a very accurate test, but you need to use it correctly. Below some warm tips for help you to get more accurate readings. 1. Better have a rest for 15 minutes before starting a measurement. 2. Test at the same time every day. 3. Sit in a relaxed position with your feet straight in front of you and your arm resting on the table. Do not cross your legs. 4. Better use left hand while testing. 5. The distance between the cuff and your palm should be 1~2cm. 6. Keep the monitor and your heart at the same level(Very important).

Physical activity, such as climbing stairs, running, or even doing extensive housework, can raise your blood pressure. When taking your blood pressure, though, you want a resting measurement. You will not be able to get that kind of true reading after physical activity.
