Question:	what is it’s measurements
Answer:	yes, in sleep mode press SET for at least 3-5 seconds to enter "programming" mode, (the little person icon will be flashing) press SET again use toggle through the year, date time (24 hour clock) settings which are small numbers at the top right, use MEM to change the values and SET to confirm and advance. Next you'll see in large letters SP (turn to OFF) and PA (turn to OFF). I'm not sure what SP and PA are but by turning both off I was able to mute the Voice. (SP may be speaker, PA may be the spoken instructions at the start of taking your blood pressure).
Question:	Does this model come with a carrying case
Answer:	I am a Nurse Practitioner & I have very specific instructions for my patients to take their blood pressure. As there can be many variables that can effect every reading. First you want to make sure the batteries are good (new) in the monitor. Then wrap the monitor around your arm, sit still with both feet flat on the floor, no movement or talking for 2-5 minutes then take the blood pressure. I have them try to stake it at the same time of the day for comparison. Slight movements, talking, lying down, standing, agitation, being upset, etc. can all effect blood pressure readings. . Very rarely will you get the exact blood pressure reading in secession, but they should be within 10-15 mm Hg for both systolic(top #) & diastolic(bottom #). I also have my patients bring their blood pressure monitor with then to their appointments to compare readings so I can make sure it is calibrated correctly & inspect it for any defects. I also have them keep a log & bring it to all appointments & document circumstances that could effect any abnormal (high or low) readings, such as increased stress, sleep deprivation, high sodium meals, any pain, etc. Hope this helps.

Answer:	NO! Usually a very large arm with a cuff too small will read artificially high. Inversely, a very small arm in a larger than desired cuff will read abnormally low. This is true even with a sphygmomameter. Every quality cuff has a size range marked on it. Take a string, or piece of tape--wrap it around your upper arm, relaxed but forearm bent, mark where the tape/string crosses, remove and measure. If within the cuff parameters you are ok. Answer:	Hi, dear buyer Long press the 'S' button to switch between year, date and time. Then press the memory button to adjust. For example: Year setting,under shutdown mode, you first long press the setting button,the year will shows and flashes,then you press memory button to ajust year,It will highest goes to 2099 then return to 2018.After completed the year setting,press the 'S' button again(no need to long press), the month will shows and flashes,and you press memory button again to ajust month.Repeat the same operation to adjust the date, time. Answer:	I received both a set of 4 AAA batteries and a USB cable that I can plug into a USB wall charger if I want to save the batteries. There is also a port for a wall AC adapter but the AC adapter is not included.

Answer:	They can be due to narrower arteries at the wrist, that are also closer to the skin, than theu are in the upper arm. Best to take your wrist monitor to Dr office and take a reading to compare to theirs.

Answer:	So, do you take your monitor to Drs office to check? BP & heart rate vary as you know depending on activity. In Drs office, there's always white coat syndrome, so you may read a bit higher than at home. Wrist monitors, like mine as well, will give the Dr an estimate of your readings to make an educated decision regarding med changes if needed. I keep a log. Take my BP 3x daily w/ heart rate. Those reading caused my Dr to lower my BP meds. I've been doing great since! So don't worry about the fluctuations between your readings and the Drs. Also, check your batteries. May be getting low. 1. Will the cuff fit my large arm?

Our large cuff is able to fit upper arm size 9" - 17". Measure your upper arm with a cloth tape to ensure the best fit.

2. How will I know if my readings are in or out of range?

There is an indicator on the left side of the screen, "N" means you are in the normal range. Level 1, 2, 3 indicates the hypertension range, from mild to severe with increasing levels.

3. Why does my blood pressure fluctuate?

It's normal for your blood pressure to vary from day to day, within 20mmHg up or down. It’s also common for it to be higher or lower at the doctor’s office. Be sure to discuss your results with your doctor.

Steps for Accurate Measurement

1. Sit and rest for about 5 min before taking your blood pressure

2. Place cuff on your left upper arm just above your elbow. Ensure that the cuff strap is at your heart level.

3. Press "ON" to operate the blood pressure machine.

4. Do not talk or move around while taking any readings.
