This bp monitor will automatic turn off after 1 minute no operation, easy and convenient to operate. Or you can press the central button to turn off your bp monitor, please note if sliding power switch to "OFF" position will reset device setting.



How to charge?

1. Slide the power switch to ""ON"" position (the switch is on the left side of device), it won't be charged if in ""OFF"" position.

2. Plug the usb charging cord attached and connect to the phone adapter/computer USB port/power bank.

3. It usually takes 2-3 hours to full charge. When charging completed, six squares will stop flashing and keep bright.

Note： You can not take a measurement while charging.



Storage Data---90 sets of measurement results memory for 2 user, which can display the average reading of the last 3 measurements, convenient for users to retrieve data comparison

1. During the same time period, the measurement data of the left and right hands will be different. Readings at same period also will be different between wrist type and upper arm type blood pressure monitor.

2.Please don't drink alcohol or coffee, eating, smoking, exercising and bathing in 30 minutes before taking a measurement.

3.Please take a measurement at the same time each day so that the data can be compared in a valuable way.

Answer:	Press and hold the button 'M1' then press the power button and the year number flashes. Press 'M1' or 'M2' to subtract or add the number, and press the power for confirmation. When the the year setup is finished, the month number will flash automatically. Follow the same steps to set month, date and time. Press the power button to finish setup. This I did not due because I have been keeping a log, but I hope this helps.

Question:	Would readings be higher taken on the wrist vs standard upper arm
Answer:	They can be due to narrower arteries at the wrist, that are also closer to the skin, than theu are in the upper arm. Best to take your wrist monitor to Dr office and take a reading to compare to theirs.
Question:	Manufacturer: why readings much lower than the dr. office? not even close! is there a setting to adjust this
Answer:	So, do you take your monitor to Drs office to check? BP & heart rate vary as you know depending on activity. In Drs office, there's always white coat syndrome, so you may read a bit higher than at home. Wrist monitors, like mine as well, will give the Dr an estimate of your readings to make an educated decision regarding med changes if needed. I keep a log. Take my BP 3x daily w/ heart rate. Those reading caused my Dr to lower my BP meds. I've been doing great since! So don't worry about the fluctuations between your readings and the Drs. Also, check your batteries. May be getting low. I change mine every 2 months or so, just to keep them fresh and readings as accurate as possible. I hope this helps!😀📉📈📓

Answer:	1.Using a spray bottle, moisten a soft cloth towel with the bleach or detergent mix until it is fully saturated. Squeeze any excess moisture from the cloth to wipe all surfaces of the blood pressure monitor cuff thoroughly. 2. Making sure to clean the inside and outside of the cuff. Be cautious not to get any moisture in the main unit. 3. Using a dry cloth, gently wipe away any excess moisture that may remain on the blood pressure cuff. Lay the cuff flat in an unrolled position and allow the cuff to air dry.

Please make measurement in the morning after you get up to urinate or when your body and mood are in stable state. It is better to make measurement at the same time every day.

• 2. What should I avoid doing before taking a reading?

Avoid eating, drinking beverages, exercising,etc prior to taking a measurement.Avoid taking a measurement during stressful times. Take the measurement in a quiet place.

• 3. What’s the best position for taking a reading?

Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table with your palm facing upward. The cuff should be level with your heart. Do not talk or move during the measurement.

• 4. Why are my readings at home different from the hospital?

Along with the normal variances of blood pressure daily, there are other factors such as we may feel nervous or worry in the hospital and our measurement position is not suitable.This will cause blood pressure to be above or below its normal level.

• 5. Why does my blood pressure fluctuate throughout the day?

Individual blood pressure varies multiple times every day. It is also affected by the way you apply the cuff and your measurement position, so please take the measurement under the same condition.

If the person takes medicine, the pressure will vary more.

Wait at least 3 minutes for another measurement.

I recently purchased the larger version (14"-20" I think) for her heavier best friend whose upper arms are bigger and she was very happy with my purchase.
