Take a string, or piece of tape--wrap it around your upper arm, relaxed but forearm bent, mark where the tape/string crosses, remove and measure. If within the cuff parameters you are ok. How to charge?

1. Slide the power switch to ""ON"" position (the switch is on the left side of device), it won't be charged if in ""OFF"" position.

Answer:	Our "Sell By" date is 2 years. However, coconut oil is known to last 3-5 years. Keeping moisture out of the jar and storing it in a cool place will keep it from going rancid.
