Answer:	I suppose the lumbar cushion will fall through the opening, there is a strap on the lumbar, it may help to fix it on the folding chair but it may not work very well as the lumbar will slip away or slip out then your back lean against on it. Answer:	My orthopedist instructed me to place the roll at the waistline, not lower, where it would push the waist vertebrae into the wrong position. The back is supposed to have a slight concave curve at the waistline. Wearing the roll lower creates more of a straight spine from top to bottom. Not good. BTW, I have used the McKenzie roll since 1976. For someone with a bad back it makes long car/plane/bus rides totally doable. There is no roll out there that could perform better, I'm sure!

Answer:	So generally this is a pretty good piece of material that makes this Wedge Seat. For me it was not so much a point about leg support like a foot stool or recliner would give, but instead it was about alignment. I think this is the main idea behind this product. I am fairly big, and use this in my car. Which is generally used for short trips of less than 40 miles a day. So depending on your size, (sorry if that is offensive) but sometimes even the biggest people have a problem getting fitted right. What I did notice was this, my legs were raised up just short of my knee, and the back curve of the seat helps to compact our butts more uniformly together, up and down, as well as left to right. So slouching is helped out. I would not recommend this if we are talking about using it for more than maybe 60 minutes at a time.

Answer:	I just checked again, and it fits around my car seat--it's an Audi Q5, mid-size SUV. I would say this is the largest seat it would accommodate.. Since I don' t know what kind of car seat you have--if it's one of those HUGE SUVs/truck type seats, then, no the strap won't stretch that much.

Answer:	I am about 200 lbs (unfortunately) and I just tried sitting on it. It was only partially full and I had no issues. So, yes.
