Answer:	Unsure I sent back because they look nothing like the picture. In pictures look like metallic in person it’s just those colors with glitter

Answer:	Depends on type & texture of lipstick. Matte lipstick, most definitely. However, I recommend testing it out on other lipstick, if you have already purchased this lipgloss or you plan to purchase. Oh and as far as lipgloss toppers go, I rate this on a scale from 1 to 10... (1). This gloss is better for preteens and up.
