Answer:	I have a pair of size 10 M Clark's casual shoes . I bought size 10-10.5 Inocep Heat Moldable Orthotic Insoles. They fit perfectly with no trimming. Keep in mind that length is only one of the important dimensions. When I put these insoles in a pair of dress shoes, they are too thick and the shoes felt tight. I found that for dress shoes the SuperFeet Black and the Sole Softec Response Thin (also heat moldable) work better. For my casual shoes the Inocep insoles are great value. Also, I believe that heat moldable insoles are great. I purchased all of my insoles from Amazon.

Answer:	The Spenco Total Support Max Insole does not force a high arch so it will be more comfortable for flat feet.

Answer:	Not too much. They work great in athletic shoes and some low profile shoes and boots, but in a dressier pair of shoes (like pumps) they crowd the toes a bit.

Answer:	It works for me. When I walk barefoot in the house my tendons hurt by the end of the day. When I wear my shoes with insoles, it is not the case.

When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.

Answer:	Probably not, because the toe end of the insert is not rigid. However, the cushion on the toe end is less than an eighth of an inch thick, so if the shoe sole doesn't bend much, this insert won't make the issue worse.

Answer:	I have never tried superfeet green, but I have tried spenco polysorb as well as the doctor scholls active series. This is something that you may have to experiment with and try different insoles. You are already better off by replacing the stock insoles that come with the shoes. Not everyone has the same foot or the same foot issues, so this will be a choice that is highly individualistic. Something that works for me, might not work for someone else.

Answer:	A women's size 11 will be a men's size 10. These are unisex, so there is no difference in width. You will need a women's 11-12 which is also a men's 10-11. They can be trimmed to accommodate the lower size.

Answer:	The Women's 9-10 would probably be your best bet. It is better to have an insole that is a little too long and properly cradles your heel than one which is too short and narrow.
