Answer:	No it's not hard to walk due to the rocker. Your foot is kept straight (no bending) and your ankle bends so you walk more normal. You can have a tennis show on the other foot as I wore my normal shoe (flats) on the other foot. You can also inflat the sides if needed. I did for a few days. I didn't have any problems with this boot and was extremely glad as I have had back surgery and this boot helped take the pressure off my back!

About Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of heel pain. The plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue (ligament) that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot. If you strain your plantar fascia, it gets weak, swollen, and irritated (inflamed). Then your heel or the bottom of your foot hurts when you stand or walk.

Plantar fasciitis is common in middle-aged people. It also occurs in younger people who are on their feet a lot, like athletes or soldiers. It can happen in one foot or both feet.

So how can the splint help my plantar fasciitis​?

When wearing the splint, the foot is held in a certain position, called “dorsiflexion“. This means that the fascia is stretched, not allowing it to contract and become tighter overnight.

Question:	My boot is the correct size, my toe is 1/4” from the end. but the problem i’m having is my heel slips up and down when i walk. any suggestions
Answer:	Be sure your outer support wrap is tightly around your ankle. Place your heel firmly against the back of the boot. Tighten the middle strap first. Tighten the others as much as you can stand. Don't worry about your toes focus on the ankle. It's your anchor. Your next step would be to replace the outer velcro support. I had the same problem. More foam support was the answer.
