Answer:	it is long enough to hold an ice pack underneath, but not sure it would hold it to walk around. they are quite sturdy and have some stretch to them. would recommend, love the Velcro. do you want an ice pack directly on your skin, you could do one wrap, ice pack and another wrap

Answer:	We removed the inserts, placed them in a separate mesh bag and washed the bag and girdle in in warm water. Then we hung both the bag and the girdle on a line in the garage and allowed them to drip dry. I didn't notice any shrinkage.

Question:	Is this brace a pull-on with straps
Answer:	The small fits anything up to like 32. I get down to 28 or less at times and theres plenty more it tighten up. But at 31+ it starts getting pretty tight. But it also loosens over time. The Medium however does not do 31. I originally got a M based on size chart 3 yrs ago and it was too big. The small is very tight at 31. Its weird how theres no overlap and 30-32 doesn't really fit either without extreme. But I've had my hernia 4 yrs and tried several belts and I still prefer this one. Works the best

"I've tried several different knee sleeves after slightly tearing my meniscus, most are too bulky, hot, offer little support, slide down. This sleeve is great! I biked with just the sleeve, worked great. No slipping, range of motion was very good, very comfortable but still provided great support. Answer:	Not so much, really. For an elliptical or bicycle, if you have had knee problems, you would probably just want a regular knee brace. These are meant to be wrapped around the knee pretty tightly, and would probably be a touch too tight for what you seem to want to use them for.

Using a soft, fabric tape measure, find the circumference of your leg 6” above the center of your kneecap and 6” below the center of your kneecap. To get the most accurate measurements, we recommend having a close family member or friend assist you. Refer to our size chart in the photos above to choose the correct size.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Allow the brace to air dry completely (this may take up to 36 hours) before reapplying.

Why does it slip down?

Even when you are wearing your knee brace correctly, often times, there will be some sliding of the knee brace down your leg. All day, every day, gravity is doing its best to pull your knee brace down. The straps on your knee brace are frantically fighting against that constant force. If it slides a little, no worries, simply pull it back up and continue on with your day.
