Answer:	Yes you can use this it basically will wrap ice around the entire knee. I have this one because it runs a little bit small and I use it right below the knee around the calf. I use a different one to go around my knee because my knee is a little bit larger due to multiple surgeries and what I'm trying to recover from. so this one runs a little bit on the smaller side it's probably more designed for a woman but a small to average size man could use it very effectively as well. I've used it on my knee in the pinch but I prefer the one that's a little bit larger.

Answer:	I think I would have meat ice cold or partially frozen, but use about 12 of the maxicold large ice blocks(6 on top, other 6 on bottom).

Answer:	it fit on my old one but had some trouble getting it to stay latched so had to buy new black stainles latchs and snaps as well.

Answer:	It will fit larger coolers, but the hinges are one piece plastic which will last a little while, and the latch and latch post are different so you will have two holes where the old latch post was. for me it's ok, but if you use it a lot I would try to find better hinges.

Answer:	This would fit all sizes because the bands are velcro and can be made tighter or looser as needed. My boyfriend has thanked me several times for getting this for him.
Question:	Can i buy extra ice packs for it
Answer:	Yes. I used them after knee surgery, keeping one in freezer while using the other one. Stays cold for over an hour. Reusable storage bags are nice also.

Question:	How long does it stay cold
Answer:	I suppose it depends on how large your knee or leg is. My knee circumference going through the middle of my kneecap around is 16 inches and it does NOT go fully around. There is about a 3 to 4 inch gap in the back. I usually just rotate it and ice the back after or I put a small ice pack and strap it with the black straps attached to this ice pack. I do really like this ice pack though.
