Answer:	I purchased the women's at a drug store by accident and when I got home that's when I realized it . I held them up together , my old one and new one and the women's seem to be not as wide in the heel part as the men's . So I might disagree when you say they are the same !!!!!

Answer:	It does not have an actual “arch” support. If you have flat feet, it may seem like it has some arch support, but this “arch” does not even touch the bottom of my foot. Unfortunately, due to the reviews I ordered three. I just tried to return the 2 i did not open but it is “not returnable”. Profoot- please make a REAL ARCH SUPPORT with cushion. The gel cushion is fine and will probably help those with heel pain and flat feet. Do not order these if you have medium to high arches.

Answer:	Hi Susan: No. These come in W for women, sizes 6-10. My own shoe size is 8.5, and I've never had a single issue with these. They fit easily into the heel area of the shoe, and even though my foot is narrow, there are no issues with this orthotic fitting into my shoes.

Answer:	I did because these are only half inserts that support the arch & heel. If you take out the existing insert, there will be nothing to pad/support the front part of your foot.

Question:	are these removable to use in multiple shoes
Answer:	Don't know for suree, but the wraps are flexible and stretch.
Question:	Where can I get replacement sticker gels for these, each shoe needs
Answer:	They seem to be washable if you must do it but this will probably reduce their durability. They didn't last very long for me, since I kept them on my feet for days on end. They lasted maybe a few weeks or so. If you use them for like an hour a day they should last much longer.
Question:	Should insoles be removed? I would think not
Answer:	No, I don't think it would because it's too large. It fits my second and third toes perfectly, so you know it has to be pretty large. There is no way that I can think of to make it smaller, either. It's made of a loop with a sticky tape that fastens after you put your two toes in the loop and I can't think of any way to make the loop smaller. Sorry!
