Answer:	I find it challenging, but I think if it weren't a bit difficult, it wouldn't address the problem. It is easier if you keep your feet closer together and then as it gets easier, gradually move your feet a bit further apart. Answer:	I washed them by hand and line dried per instructions. Dried pretty quickly and held up fine.

Answer:	Nothing will EXCEPT surgery which I hear is improved and less down time...However, years ago when I noticed one forming, I bought this and like products to STOP the spread of it and it has worked. You'll have to use this or toe separators which the latter I find are inconvenient and probably don't do half a good job as this and similar products. FYI...from what I've read, bunion formation comes about either hereditary or from the shoes we were taught to wear in the name of fashion. So, beware fashion lovers.

Which splint to use?

If your bunion needs only a very little recovery, use the plastic splint at first, every night for 2 weeks. You may change the splint with the metal one after to sustain the progress.
