Question:	Any discomfort when wearing shoe with this on? Like would it make putting shoes on harder
Answer:	Of course is not as comfortable as not wearing nothing and it takes time to dress those before wearing your shoes however these are not too bulky. I use those in both ankles when I play soccer and can play good enough; I haven't used those with dress shoes but I believe should be used with soft or sports shoes. The only disappointment I had with those is that the adjustable belts where ripped since new so I had to take to the shoemaker to fix both.

Question:	I don't see left or right. are both the same
Answer:	As far as I know, yes. This was for my daughter and it's her left ankle she needs it for. The packaging didn't specify and I didn't think about that until I just read your question! We went through two similar braces before this one (she broke her ankle in April) and this is by far her favorite. She wears it whenever she plays soccer or lacrosse now, just for additional support, and it's fine with her cleats. She'll wear it during winter basketball, too. Good luck.
Question:	Are there gel inserts along the sides of the ankle
Answer:	There is some padding in the braces, not sure if it's gel. I use them for volleyball tournaments. I have weak ankles because of multiple injuries.I can tell you that they provide great support. So far the best ankle support I have had. The only issue I have is that it's not quite easy to put them on, as I have to take them off and put them on again between the games. However, I love them and definitely would recommend them.

Answer:	Yes it is strong and you can make it as tight as you prefer as it laces. My 14 year old daughter has one for each foot and she loves them. They wash well too. I highly recommend this.

Question:	What does the A indicate on the size options
Answer:	They make a youth one.Personally, I am an average size female (wear size 7 shoes,) and I have the S/M. I would prefer to have the larger size because:1- Greater ice coverage.2- The ice packs would lay flat in the wrap better.3- It would be easier to work a sore ankle into a looser wrap.4- There's really no reasonable hope of walking around in them--your feet hurt, they need to be up, so what difference does it make how big they are.

To hear the pack you will place the gel pack in a microwave oven, flat on a paper towel, set the power level on high, heat for 15 second intervals until you reach the desired temperature. Question:	How long will it stay cold enough to be effective
Answer:	I have to leave it out of the freezer for a bit before I can even stand to put it on (over a light sock) I leave on for 15-20 minutes and it is still cold enough to use a second time an hour or hour and a half later before I put it back in the freezer.
