Answer:	Easiest way to put it on is to undo every strap and all the velcro pieces to get everything loose. The two big plastic shafts - twirl until they're pointing at the floor. This will leave one big hole into which you put your toes. Pull the main piece on with the little white Size tag placed at the top right, up your calf a bit. Then attach the first velcro around your calf, then the velcro piece underneath that, from ankle pointing to calf. Then pull the A-shaped stretchy velcro straps across top of foot/ankle and attach. Then wrap the big strap at the top (with the Z logo on it) around your calf and attach with velcro. Took me awhile to figure this out even after watching the instructional video.

Pull the left foot strap up and over top of the foot, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer.

Follow the same directions for the right foot strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable.

Our braces and supports are designed to be worn during the day only. They should not be worn overnight, therefore should be removed prior to going to bed.

Both are designed specifically for night use, to help provide a restful night's sleep for people experiencing wrist or foot pain. How long at a time should I wear my support?

The length of time is really personal preference. A general recommendation would be that you wear a brace or support during activity and for an hour or two afterwards. If you feel better wearing it longer, that is fine as well.

How tight should a brace be to be effective?

You want the brace to fit snugly in order to get the benefits of warmth and compression, but you do not want it so tight that it starts to restrict blood flow. If it is uncomfortable, it is probably too tight.

Answer:	It comes in different sizes. I got the largest size (X-Lg) because I'm a 5'10" 230 lb man. My wife, who is 5'6" and 125 lbs used mine with much benefit just by just tightening the laces and pulling the velcro flaps tightly, so I'm sure it would fit you. The medium would be even better!
