Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable.

How long at a time should I wear my support?

You want the brace to fit snugly in order to get the benefits of warmth and compression, but you do not want it so tight that it starts to restrict blood flow. If it is uncomfortable, it is probably too tight.

Answer:	For sports, I would purchase something more robust. I have bad ankles and I wanted something more than an Ace elastic sleeve.

Answer:	not sure what you are asking because you don't have the other one pictured, but this one is what I bought because it has more support. It has two wraps under the foot and around your ankle with two plastic side stabilizers, I liked it so much I came back and bought another. I think the other one the deluxe you say is just an ankle support. If you need a lot of support verses not so much, get this one

Answer:	It might fit but honestly I did not find it to do what I wanted it to do. I wear size 8 and it was not snug on me. It provides some stability but not a lot. If you are very petite, it may be loose.

Answer:	No way will it fit a size 12 anyone, unless you are only 80 pounds. It is so small that it wouldn't fit a normal adult.

Answer:	It's one of the smallest braces I've found on the market. I've found that all are difficult to fit in shoes, other than sneakers.

Question:	How come no measurement instructions
Answer:	I do ,I wear work boots and do have a heal spur, I am always on my feet, up and down, I walk about 5 miles per I phone ,lol. I put the compression sock first and make sure my regular sock does not roll up the compression sock up. After a day I remove my boots and remove sock and then compression sock and my foot is not swollen up nor I do not feel as much pain. Hope this helps you

Answer:	Melissa, thanks for asking. Compression socks are meant to compress but not cut off circulation. Sometimes it just takes getting used to the feeling of something tight on your foot, as others have mentioned. Some of the reasons that it could feel too tight is if you have a wide foot or perhaps a thicker foot than what we used as the norm. The next size up could provide the comfort you are looking for. Answer:	Thanks for asking - we do prefer that they be hand-washed, especially if you don't have a delicate wash cycle. Another reason for hand-washing is because there is less likelihood of getting a snag. So if you do opt to go with machine washing - it would be best to put them in a separate laundry bag or at least make sure there is nothing in the washer like zippers or snaps that can catch the sock itself. If you opt to dry them in a dryer, please use the lowest heat setting. Hope this helps!
