Answer:	You couldn’t wear this under anything that is form fitting. It would have to be a loose shirt, or sweater. It is very stiff and has great support, but the top of it hits me hard in the ribs and leaves me bruised!

Answer:	No they are sewn in but for me, they are not uncomfortable and this support enables me to lift heavy objects at age 69. I could never have managed a post stroke client without it.
