Question:	Would this be too uncomfortable to run an 8k or long runs like that? My husband has spinal stenosis and runs and I want to get him something to help

Its edges are finished and a layer of fastener goes around the entire brace so you can attach the pull tabs wherever it suits you. The mechanical pulley system is composed of a high-quality, polyester perma core thread (parachute cord).
Question:	I have a recurring sciatic nerve injury and need a brace that will stay in place nice 'n low through a whole shift in retail. Will this ride up
Answer:	No sure if it will ride up or not. I have never had anything but a desk job to know. But I had to wear mine low due to my spine slipping out of place right above my pelvis, and I have tried many braces. This one stayed in place the absolute best. Because you can tighten the upper and lower independently, I found I could make it fit perfectly with however I needed to wear it. Very impressed with the fit and how long it stayed in place.
Question:	I work at a manual labor job for 8 hours a day, would this kind punctured in any way and how well does it help hold up against Heat
Answer:	No problem working with heat, I used mine in Front of a 450 degree oven. I was constantly in and out of my car, 20 to 30 times a day delivering pizzas. The only thing I had to do was an retighten occasionally. TBOW

Question:	I’m 5 foot tall a woman and what to know if this would be comfortable to wear
Answer:	It is so soft and adjustable for comfort, I don't know why not
Question:	Can you wear it while you sleep. Also is it comfortable to wear under your clothes
Answer:	I have no issue wearing it under my gym clothes, I only wear it for certain exercises, and if it's a bad day I wear it around my house. It's a bit thicker and offers more support than the copper fit (which I also have). So if it is for chronic lower back pain depending on how much support and flexibility you need they are both wearable. If you dress slim fitting clothing it may not fit, the copper fit would have a better chance. Again you don't want it sliding all over but you don't want to make it tight to the point where you're not breathing optimally. I have muscular legs and a big butt, so the waist on my jeans/pants tend to run a little bigger so it would not be noticeable if I wore it. I hope that helps.

Answer:	I didnt research brands, so I have no comparison. The quality of this belt is great and have no complaints. It works great and got the gloves that went with it.
Question:	What percentage of copper does the belt contain
Answer:	The inside part of the belt is 88% copper nylon and 12% spandex. The outside part of the belt is a little different but that doesn't matter since the inner part is what goes on your body. Thank you for your question.
