Question:	What's the real difference between the 5mm and the 7mm thickness? Does it make that much of a difference
Answer:	I re-read the description and did not see any comments regarding lithium batteries. Regardless, I have purchased this product several times in the past and have received the tape along with an insert which provide directions on how to apply the tape to various areas. I tape up my knee and wouldn't go to the gym without it. I think it provides the necessary support to avoid injury within reason, of course. Good luck.
