Answer:	Get the long , I think it is 28 inches, just measure your arm

Answer:	I don't know the exact dimensions, my arms are approximately 30" long from shoulder to fingertips, and I had about 3 extra inches of room at he hand. The diaphragm will be tight if you have large biceps. I'm an average size woman (12" around biceps), and it was pretty snug around the arm.
Question:	Is it non slip? Im not wearing a cast, i need to protect a wound and Im full weight bearing. Thinking to get into my tub with this cover
Answer:	The last thing you want is to get water under the cast. I think that you could go into a pool if you were careful. I wore mine to shower and had no leakage. I'm not medically trained -just another user.

Answer:	Yes it is very soft. It provides some support if you tighten it up. But I keep it a bit loose. It provides warmth for my arthritis. I sleep with mine on & it doesn't bother me.
