Answer:	I have very small forearms and it fits ok, and they can be easily expanded. Very effective and comfortable!

Answer:	I was told by my chiropractor to position the pad wherever it provides most relief. So, the band goes about 1.5-2 inches below your elbow. I'm an average size woman and mine is 1.5" below my elbow. The padded part for me provides the most relief just below my elbow but a little more toward the top of my arm. Similar to how the guy is wearing it in the product picture.

Answer:	I never saw one. I guessed in response to one of the reviews. My son works with his arms and although he is not a really big guy 5"8" and 175 pounds, I went with the large. I guessed correctly. If you are over 200 pounds, you may want to go with a size larger than "large" if there is one.
Question:	Does this brace run big or small? Not sure what size to get
Answer:	They must run small as I ordered one by their chart I got a med. Arm measured 11.5" and the medium is way too tight. Amazon DOES NOT allow a return and get a different size. And a restocking fee if returning because I ordered "the wrong size" even though I followed their chart. I order lots from Amazon, but will not get items like this anymore....

Question:	if golfers elbow hasn't been a chronic issue can this brace correct it if you don't do anything to exasperate it
Answer:	I don't really know if I can attribute 100% of healing to this brace alone. Even Siemens enclose a brochure to advocate stretching exercise along with wearing the elbow. I just wear the elbow brace whenever I can, and especially when doing sports (table tennis). I also apply some Penetrex cream to the area. In winter, I wear the elbow brace over my long sleeves as I cannot get the velvco to stick if I put a lot of clothing over it. As weeks go by, I think my arm is very gradually showing some improvements e.g. not too painful to scoop cat litter, grasp items. Table tennis still hurts but I can hit and loop now better than when the problem started. So my conclusion is a number of things i.e. stretching, wearing elbow brace and apply Penetrex cream and keep using the arm but don't exasperate it.

It can help to prevent or worsen damage however I had the surgery for my epicondylitis therefore I can't tell you if this brace can reverse damage. It is all specific to each human and their body. Answer:	We do have a sizing chart that you can help you find the perfect size that you need. But the sizes that could better fit for you are M or L.

Answer:	If it has a wire, it is very flexible. I've purchased several of these bras- I usually wear a 34C/D, so a medium works best for me. Be careful where you order from- the last time I ordered a medium, it felt like a small and I couldn't read the tag to determine the size.
