Answer:	The wire is covered with fabric. If i were using them in dolls i would carefully bend the quote end to fold it and guard the tip, even put caps of some kind on the end. To prevent poking through the doll material, because the ends are sharp. If left exposed it will rust.

Answer:	Hello! I no longer have the label but chances are they were made in China. However they are shipped by a US seller and arrived quickly. If we judge everything made in China harshly we will soon see there isn't much left. The working class Chinese did not create this problem. Their communist leaders and scientists did.
