Answer:	I believe this particular model must be ordered in either Farenheit or Celcius display. If it does have a switchable display, it might have to be switched before installing the batteries..

Answer:	No doubt about it. Quasar is great humidor but needlessly pricey. New heritage model is fantastic.
Question:	Is the black smooth or a splatter paint? The pictures look like splatter but the other colors look smooth
Answer:	The black cigar humidor is splatter paint, the other colors are smooth.
Question:	Am i supposed to add distilled water or not? when i do, the water simply falls out when i close the lid
Answer:	You are supposed to add distilled water to the hydrator but the excess water should be wiped off before you put it inside your humidor. Also you should wipe the services of your humidor with distilled water let it sit empty for a day make sure that it gets to at least 75% humidity and then add your Cigars you may have to add a moistened sponge with distilled water that you sit on a plastic bag if your humidity falls.

Question:	Is this cedar lined
Answer:	I'm sure it would work just fine as similar setups always worked well for all the "friends" I had before it became legal in my state. It should be no different than using the little packets some weed manufacturers put in their jars of flower out here. Probably work far better though cuz the packets dry the buds out more than it does to keep it fresh.
Question:	How can I get in contact with the seller? The hygrometer is not working
Answer:	Hmmmm....i have been adding about 5 drops of water every 2 or 3 weeks. With about 10 cigars the humidity has stayed between 60 and 80%
Question:	My hygrometer is not working. Should I just return or asked for a replacement
Answer:	just buy some distilled water and follow direction....pretty easy..enjoy
Question:	Does it come with cigars
Answer:	Once you put water in the little humidifier thing it only took mine about 30 minutes to get where I wanted it. It’s a lot easier to grab a digital hygrometer and some bovida packs and trash the stuff that comes with the jar. That analog hygrometer is very inaccurate.
