Answer:	The dimensions for this product are: 10.2 x 8.7 x 4.7 inches.

Answer:	All humi’s need to be seasoned. This particularly one is terrible. Leaks air like crazy. If you already bought throw it out.
Question:	How thick is the wood on the bottom? I have another humidor that is a similar style and the bottom is very thin
Answer:	It appears to be a well made humidor. The bottom does not appear to be thin at all.
Question:	How long does the included humidifier last
Answer:	The provided humidor is insufficient. Never got the box to the correct humidity let alone maintained a level close. This was after seasoning the box. I suggest replacing with a larger one. One solution is to place a damp sponge in a shallow dish. This is what I used until I could get supplies.

Answer:	The wax comes off very easily with almost no buffing.

Answer:	Yes. Step 3 is just wax. I ran through all 3 steps on my 2007 white car almost 2 years ago. Although white typically does not show the extreme results you would get from a dark or black painted car, the smoothness of the finish is still amazing from all 3 steps, and the shine and how clean the car always looks is amazing. I would do all 3 steps again to see the results I got (using the Mother's polishing ball made it easier on my hands).

Use of Humidifier

Use distilled water or a humidifying solution in your humidifier

1. Partially fill a bowl of water

2. Placing humidifier upside-down, halfway in the bowl

3. Leave in water for about 3 minutes

4. Wipe off excess water

5. Install the humidifier in the humidor and leave closed for 24 hours.

To achieve higher humidity you can wipe the inside of the humidor with a wet cloth.

Answer:	Straight forward use just add distilled water and your good to go. Just a word of caution if you let the beads absorb to much water the case will burst and the beads will roll all over the place. More of a pain in the butt than a disaster but it will take time to figure how long you can let the beads soak for. The manufacturer time is to much on refills. But once you get that down works perfect. Best of luck.

Answer:	Thank you for the question. You can remove a portion of the crystal beads. This would assist you in better controlling the amount of humidity emitted. Place the crystal beads that you remove in a sealed plastic bag. This will prevent a quick breakdown of the crystal beads and they will be ready if you need to add any to the humidification device.
Question:	What kind of seal dose it have
Answer:	I would recommend that you open up it up, take out all the gels, and depending on the size of your humidor soak about 20-30 gel pieces and let them sit in distilled water. This product will last you a very long time, believe me.
Question:	What is the "correct direction of the humidifier?" Directions don't tell you, I'm assuming grille goes up

Question:	what are the interior dimensions of this humidor
Answer:	I use 3 of the xtra large (320 gr) packs. Each one is rated for 100 cigar capacity. Remember, it's not how many cigars is in it, it's the capacity the humidor can hold. You can add more Boveda to help them last longer. If the humidity is still to high, add more Boveda. But I have 3 of the xl size and it never changes more than 1-2%.
Question:	Is there supposed to be magnets on both pieces? It looks broken. There is a ring where it may have been attached at one time
Answer:	Yes, it has a drawer at the top. My separate cigars are placed in the drawer, and the boxed one is placed in the partition.
Question:	How long do cigars last in this humidor
Answer:	Had mine for over 6 months. Use one large 69% gel pack. Temp. stays at 64 and humidity at around 67-70. I THINK the fan runs constantly but am not positive. There is always a very faint humming sound at the back. At any rate, I am very pleased with how it keeps cigars just perfectly for me.
Question:	i smoke a rather long cigar about 8 in. do you recommend one to fit

Question:	Is the humidity accurate
Answer:	Works perfectly compared to a manual dial, I believe that it likely accurate. I have a laser thermostat that I use for mechanic purposes that is accurate up to .01 and the digital temp is exactly the same!
Question:	Humidifyer came w/only a few beads inside (beads only filling 5-10% of t/entire cartridge). Is this normal? Having trouble reaching 60% humidity
Answer:	You'll have to do some research on the pretreatment of the humidifier. The instructions they give are useless. The gel beads need to be soaked in distilled water for approximately 15 minutes. The wood is very dry and needs to be wiped down with distilled water...etc. I got mine to 65% humidity after pretreatment and its working great.

Answer:	It’s a standing canister styled humidor so it stays wherever you put it. Well made too for the price.
Question:	How long do I need to season it
Answer:	I’m not sure about seasoning...what I did was use distilled water on the hydrating bar as directed...when traveling....the night before I make sure I hydrate the bar then throw in my cigars just before I leave ....my travel humidor is one of my better investments....hope this helps

Question:	Is this cedar lined
Answer:	I'm sure it would work just fine as similar setups always worked well for all the "friends" I had before it became legal in my state. It should be no different than using the little packets some weed manufacturers put in their jars of flower out here. Probably work far better though cuz the packets dry the buds out more than it does to keep it fresh.
Question:	How can I get in contact with the seller? The hygrometer is not working
Answer:	Hmmmm....i have been adding about 5 drops of water every 2 or 3 weeks. With about 10 cigars the humidity has stayed between 60 and 80%

Answer:	just buy some distilled water and follow direction....pretty easy..enjoy

Answer:	Once you put water in the little humidifier thing it only took mine about 30 minutes to get where I wanted it. It’s a lot easier to grab a digital hygrometer and some bovida packs and trash the stuff that comes with the jar. That analog hygrometer is very inaccurate.
