Answer:	All of the answers that suggest being on "A and B 120 volt sections" are wrong. This device works over WiFi. That old "A and B" advice is for obsolete powerline systems like X-10. Any problems are due to WiFi signal quality. The Smart Plug and Echo do NOT need to be on the same "120 volt section."
Question:	Do I need an Alexa device in the home to control the outlet while we're away
Answer:	As long as you have the app and the outlet is paired with your Alexa app, you can control it through the app (no echo device needed).
Question:	Does it work with a 5g wi-fi or is like the other one you sell that only work with a 2g wi-fi
Answer:	You probably don't want this device to use 5 ghz wi-fi, which has a limited amount of signal channels. 2 ghz wi-fi has fewer channels, running at lower speeds, and is generally conjested with traffic from your neighbor's wifi. You won't, however, notice a difference in lag for a smart plug due it is only using about 1 kilobit per second over a connectionless protocol to activate or deactivate the plug. This plug, running on the 2 ghz wi-fi, means that there is one more channel available on the 5 ghz wi-fi for a device that really needs it, like a TV or a gaming console, which tend to transmit at around 25,000 kilobits per second each.
Question:	My Keurig has a toggle switch. Will this plug work, or does the appliance have to be turned on when it is plugged into the smart plug
Answer:	I haven't even installed my smart plug yet and I can already answer this. The plug will turn it on but how would it press the button to brew? Again, I can already say it won't do that. Another answer mentioned using a switch bot. Okay. So smart plug $10-$15 plus switch bot $20 ... Dude, just go buy a coffeemaker with a clock/timer. They've been around FOREVER and will both turn themselves on and brew your coffee for you and you don't even have to make a whole pot. You can get an entire coffee maker for like $25 then use your smart plugs for something else/something that doesn't already have the ability to turn itself on/ect. :)

Answer:	The ones I bought are blue. I absolutely love these! Jyst fyi... They will shrink in the washer. I got the smallest size and I was concerned they would be too big. Once I washed them, they fit my 10lb -6wk old great with still a little room to grow.

Answer:	I don’t think so. I can’t speak to the larger sizes, but the infant sizes I purchased don’t have much protection for baby feet that would be standing/walking.

Answer:	Costco sells Charmin that is 4.5" width of roll X 4.25" length of each sheet.
Question:	How many square feet are in each package
Answer:	948.64 total square feet is my estimate based on current data ----- Trying to find the real answer to this question... given the data that each square is 3.92 inches by 4 inches, that means each square is 3.92 * 4 =15.68 square inches, while 1 square foot is 12 inch by 12 inch or 12*12 = 144 square inches... so 15.68/144 gives us the square footage of 1 sheet. 0.1088888 (bit more than a tenth of a square foot, so we can already figure square footage is above sheet count divided by 10). Next up, each pack you buy is said to contain 24 Rolls (363 sheets per roll), so 24 multiplied by 363 will give us total sheets purchased, 8712 sheets... each one is 0.1088888 square feet, so 8712 multiplied by 0.10888888 = 948.64 total square feet... double checked my work, but feel free to provide corrections if I got something wrong here, or if you own the pack and it's labeled differently?

Answer:	It's actually 3 packs of 8...24 total. But the Mega rolls are so big, they last like 24 rolls per pack.
Question:	Am I the only customer who is satisfied by the quality of the Charmin product but is baffled by the confusion of different packaging options
Answer:	It is a shame that Charmin has to go to this extreme to “fool” it’s consumers, most of whom are loyal simply because they love the quality of the product. I have found the easiest way for me to determine the best value when purchasing charmin is to note that the one constant is they all show the comparable number of regular rolls each package would equal. The regular roll amount is the amount you want to compare. Take the cost of the package and divide it by the number of regular rolls it would be equal to and that is the amount you are paying per roll. Compare the cost per roll of each of the various packages to see if you are getting a good deal. They confuse us by saying 8 Mega rolls = 24 regular rolls or 8 Super Mega Rolls = 36 regular rolls, etc. (my roll amounts used as an example only). Sometimes I find the difference in cost per roll isn’t that much, so then I buy the largest rolls I can to save on storage issues. I will say it is very frustrating that I have to waste so much time figuring out the cost of toilet tissue, but I find it necessary being a senior on a fixed income and this is an item you use once and flush. I can definitely find better ways to spend my money and if another company ever comes out with a product that is as good or better, they will probably get my business simply because of the frustration over the games Charmin is playing with it’s consumers. We deserve better.

Answer:	My daughter who is visiting is a textbook case for what ails the digestive system. You name it..she has it along with C-Dif. I have IBS. We go through an insurmountable amount of toilet paper and wipes. As your family member is aware it ends up being quite painful after flushing at least 10 times! You get to the point you don’t wipe...you blot then hop into a tub of hot water! I’ve always purchased Northern Ultra Plus 3 ply as it beat all others in softness and strength hands down! Can’t tolerate Charmin! Anyhow, with the run on toilet tissue due to Covid-19 (still unable to figure out why?) I was shopping on Amazon fast & furious! The only tissue available was public stall toilet tissue or this Presto. I took a chance as Presto’s paper towels were almost as comparable to Bounty (another shortage). Well, my daughter prefers the blue package Presto over all others including the Northern! Oh, happy day! As for me, I also began bleeding from the IBS bouts. A light bulb came on! I purchased a bidet for my toilet and it’s wonderful! I rinse my hiney then blot dry with a flushable wipe and/or tissue. Oh, happy day! I’ve cut back on the amount of tissue, but most importantly...my hiney is happier. The bidets you attach to your existing toilet are quite reasonable in price. If your throne is next to a sink you have the advantage of purchasing one with both cold and warm water lines. My toilet is in its own room so no warm water, but the cold is OK. I did purchase the one with both lines because I liked the unit better. A cap comes with the kit to cap off the warm water line. Believe me the bidet works wonders for those of us who have one or more dreadful digestive issues. I also carry a small spray to spritz the water if the dreadful IBS hits while visiting someone!

Answer:	The thickness of our tissue paper is 18 gsm. It is designed for gift wrapping, gift bags, and making paper flowers. The color saturation is deep to produce rich and vibrant colors, but it is tissue paper so there is some translucence on many of the colors.
