Answer:	Hello.... I've purchased these disposable ramekins a few times already and plan to buy more. These ramekins are effin AWESOME!! My creme brulee recipe takes 40 mins in a bain marie, 10 mins on the counter and 4-8 hrs in the fridge. Just be careful to not let the water go past 1/4" from the rim. After 40 mins, I usually pull them out when the tops start to look lightly toasty, then I let cool for a few mins before chilling further. Honesty, buy these with confidence! Btw see my review for photos of these ramekins in action.
