Answer:	These are hard spout cups, so we don’t recommend biting them. In order to get liquid out, the child must suck on the spout. If the flow is too slow, the rubber valve inside should be removed so that you can insert your pinky into the side with the little slit and stretch it a bit with your finger, before placing it back inside the cup lid.
