Answer:	This product seems to have some common electrical flaws.. you will most likely need to replace it. You can try flipping the switch to "on", draining the battery all the way down, then immediately recharging it.. Lio don't like to be fully depleted, but it could reset it. Incidentally, Lio don't like to be kept fully charged as another responder stated; 80% is better for them, but 100% is better than discharged.

Answer:	Yes, works well for cigarettes. I was even able to use it to light some wood kindling to get a fire started.

Answer:	I've gotten mixed results, the battery is unknown so I just charge either from 2 dots to 4, or if I'm at 0 then I wait a minute and discharge any "plasma" I can before I charge all the way up until it stops charging by itself.
