Answer:	I have searched and searched for a decent set of earbuds, as I am a disabled OIF vet with sleeping problems and alot of time on my hands. I used these (or a model very close to) that came with my samsung galaxy s something or other I got about a year ago. I have ordered dozens of different "rugged" earbuds over the last few years trying to find one that holds up to my 12+ hours a day use and sleeping with them in and active at night. None measured up but this little guy that I figured was a throwaway freebe that came with my phone is amazing. It works very well, and even though only the botton 2/3rds is braided it took every abuse I threw at it and kept chugging (Im not exactly gental with my headphones). The only way I could kill them was when I accidently dropped my kindle fire 10 inch from 5 feet and it landed directly on the jack, snapping it clean off. Which is understandable, I've seen guys femurs snap with a fall like that. I am currently ordering three to last me through the coming apocalypse that 2021 will surely bring if 2020 has taught us anything. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I frequently use these for phone calls. On this same product page, when you look at all the color options, you'll also notice that there is a version with a mic and one without. Obviously, the one with the mic will work fine for calls, but at least on an iPhone, the one without a mic can also work -- I can't say this with certainty, but I think when you plug in non-mic earbuds, the phone activates the same built-in mic it uses when you talk on speakerphone.

Answer:	I use my (hybrid road) bike daily with these on, cycling 10 to 17 miles per day. They work well for me, and stay on. You can change the rubber end to find the best ear fit. My wife keeps on borrowing mine. So I bought two more, one for her, and another as extra. These are very good earbuds for the price.

A: It takes about 1.5-2 hours to charge the earbuds in the charging case. And it's up to 4 hours continuous talk or music time on one charge.

Q: My left and right earbud could not connect with each other?

A: Firstly, kindly make sure whether your phone has turned off the Bluetooth function before L & R connected with each other. Secondly, make sure you have held and pressed the button for 20 second till the indicator flashes in white and red the second time and goes out. After this reset process, please take out both earbuds to have them connected to each other at first, then pair the right earbud to your device.
