Answer:	Unfortunately it doesn’t repel them to pee again in the same area. There are some products as “ No, no” to use but it did not work for me

Answer:	Absolutely! This is the best product discovery I've had in years, and recommend it to everyone. My older dog has decided she doesn't like going out to potty. Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

This carpet deodorizer helps freshen up the rooms in my house temporarily while it's on the carpet, but once I vacuum, the scent is no longer. Basically, it's a temporary fix. I used to smoke in my car. I have quit smoking and wanted to get rid of the cig smell so I ordered bamboo charcoal air purifier bag, and it has gotten rid of the smoke scent in my car. Answer:	Yes!!! WD-40!.. Spray WD-40 on the sticky residue and it will dissolve it completely. Clean up with soapy water! WD-40 is great for removing sticky residues. I even dissolved road tar with it on my trucks body, but had to spray it for several days, left it on then washed it off after it penetrated the tar completely. Read on the can of WD-40 for all the things it's good for. It's an amazing product to carry at home.

Answer:	I've been using this with my carpet shampoo cleaner and its been a real life saver. I have a Hoover upright carpet cleaner, and I use 2 capsules of angry orange in the water tank. This stuff is extra concentrated, so I don't recommend using any more than that.

Answer:	I had a roommate that left behind 100 dog urine spots in a 225 sq foot room. The carpeting is 40 year old wool, otherwise in beautiful shape. The smell was horrendous once cold weather set in and windows were always closed. I purchased just about every urine removal product available and nothing worked. I hated the idea of having to rip out and throw away this beautiful wool carpeting. I searched the internet for solutions and found a formula for 32 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1/4-1/2 cu baking soda and 1 tbsp of dish soap. Unfortunately I don't have any wood surfaces, so can't tell you how the product would work on that. But I did pour the mixture mentioned into the carpet and enough to soak into the padding. The instructions said to let it dry, vacuum out baking soda powder. I had to shampoo the carpeting as it is a darker color and I could still see baking soda powder once dry. I've sniffed every inch of the carpet and it smells good now. Unfortunately the Angry Orange,though filling my home with an amazing aroma, did not remove the odor, even when a dilution was poured into the carpet and allowed to soak for days. If the spot you are trying to clean is out of the way, you might try the peroxide. For a wood floor, I would suggest covering the treated area with something to help the mixture penetrate the surface for a day or so. Sadly, both urine and possibly this mixture could permanently stain.

Answer:	No! I would use the hot water first on the area, and then apply liberally Simple Solution for stain and odor control.

Answer:	Well, my dog doesn't have a marking problem, but my cat had a habit of peeing in the same place if for some reason she didn't want to use the litter box or access to the litter box was blocked, and I feel pretty confident that this removes all trace because after I started using this she stopped going back to the same spot and started using her box again. Before I was cleaning the floor up with just about every cleaning solution you can imagine and it didn't seem to help, she'd just keep returning to the scene of the crime. As for the smell, it smells like a mild cleaning solution. It definitely isn't terrible, I've never been bothered by it.

Answer:	I initially purchased Simple Solution's regular "Stain & Odor Remover" and then the 2nd time I purchased the "EXTREME Stain & Odor Remover" . Both are specific for pet messes such as urine, feces and vomit and include Pro-Bacteria and enzymes that break down the organic proteins to neutralize odors, however, Extreme is 3X concentrated. You don't mix either with water, both are safe around pets and children and can be used on any water safe surface. DIFFERENCES: The less concentrated one you have to let it sit for 10 minutes or more and the Extreme only 5 minutes or more. I also noticed that the regular "Stain & Odor Remover" smells good since it's less concentrated.As far as the light, it's suppose to locate areas on walls, etc, where urine is that you can't see. I havent found them useful at all since it lights up other things such as lent and other particles. You can buy them at most stores for around $5.00.

Answer:	Hi Shirley, It can be used on some laminate, yes, but you should always test an inconspicuous area first. Also, if you have applied some other cleaning agent already, do not use this one on top of that one. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Answer:	I am not sure. I do not have cats....give it a try though it definitely does help with the odors.

Answer:	Assuming you mean vinyl. So, no problem picking up the accident and drying the floor. You must only be concerned about smells. If so, this should work great! It has a very pleasant, not perfumy smell and takes odors out of carpet. I would think it would do the same for vinyl.
Question:	Can this be used together with regular laundry detergent? I want to spray tough odor areas and put with regular wash
Answer:	Using it with my doggies beds it works fine. I have not tried with my clothing. I will look into trying it though that’s probably a really good idea! I’ll revisit this question once I have tried.

Answer:	The scent in this product is nothing like the original Simple Green. Original Simple Green has a sassafras scent. Outdoor Odor Eliminator has a light spring fresh, somewhat clean soapy scent in my opinion.

Answer:	Unfortunately, no. This can only be sprayed on inanimate surfaces or lawn & planted areas, not on people or animals. Question:	Will it get rid of spoiled milk smell in my car
Answer:	It did the trick on spoiled milk in our carpet, so I would say so! We did have to run over it a few times - used a really abrasive brush, and soaked it up with a towel in between before spraying again. No texture or smell left at all.

SPRAY

Shake the bottle and spray liberally onto the affected surface. Be sure to cover the stain completely with the spray. With a brush or cloth, scrub the area diligently to ensure the formula is soaked in.

SOAK

For SURFACE Stains & Odors: Let it sit for 15-30 minutes. Wipe clean with cloth or sponge. You're done! Skip steps 3 and 4.

For DEEP Stains & Odors: Let stand for 1 hour minimum. The longer you can wait, the better. Overnight is best for persistent issues.

WEIGHT

Put a folded towel over the stain, and put a weighted object on top to ensure the formula soaks in. In our experience, books are best.

VACUUM

Once the solution has dried, vacuum the area. If the stain is not completely gone, repeat the procedure. Some stains can be stubborn and may require multiple treatments. Stay patient.

Question:	My son's dirty leather cleats were left outside and a local, loose cat peed on them. Is this safe on leather shoes
Answer:	I’ve used this product for atleast 20 years and used it on everything Wind out of clothing and dog Pee out of freshly laid flooring. I’ve never had it leave a ring when I’ve used it on clothing for stains. It works great! When my little puppy could not get out of the house and peed on our freshly laid unfinished floors this stuff took the Pee stain and smell right out and never left a mark. I periodically spray my furniture with it and my carpets. I have 3 dogs and 3 parrots and people are always surprised when they walk in the house and it doesn’t smell like animals. I tell him it’s the Natures Miracle and it is. Your son probably won’t wear the cleats now that they smell like cat pee so if I were you I’d give it a shot - just spray them well and put a warm damp towel over them and let them sit. It’ll probably smell worse at first but then it’ll get better until you don’t smell a anything but they have to dry completely. You may have to give it another treatment depending on how long they’ve sat with cat pee on them. What can you lose? You might not have to buy new cleats! And, no, I don’t work for the company but I’ve used this product for over 20 years and I haven’t found anything that works better.

Always use full strength. Do not dilute.

Stain Removal: Wipe up as much of the stain as possible, then thoroughly soak the stain.

Odor Elimination: Wipe up excess odor-causing material, then thoroughly soak area*.

*Saturation is important so that this product can penetrate deeply to the odor source.

Step 2

Stain Removal: Allow to work for 10 minutes.

Odor Elimination: Leave treated area wet and let it air dry. Odor will fade as the product dries*.

*Complete odor elimination only happens when all odor sources are reached.

Stain Removal: Blot up stain with a clean cloth. Allow area to dry for 24 hours*.
