Question:	when do you know when to change balls
Answer:	When the white pellets are approximately half their original size you can add approximately half of the original amount. Usually this takes place after about 70 loads.
Question:	Hi1 How does this work with softened water? Is it designed for water with minerals
Answer:	We had hard water that only got very hard. Before I got this for Christmas last year as a gift I was using Eco nuts but I realized that I need something to help boots our laundry detergent so I just added borax. Borax helps to not only soften hard to very hard water but it also gives our laundry a nice fresh smell once its dried. Plus borax helps with stains but I still stain remove on the hard stains though. With this egg I still use borax and our laundry comes out clean and smelling fresh after its been dried. I've got the unscented Eco egg. You can try this Eco egg out without borax to see if it cleans well but if not then I would add some borax. I only use warm and cold water to wash our clothes. This works great in a He top loader just make sure that you have a enough water for the Eco egg though. I hope that this helps. I love this Eco egg so much. :-)

Answer:	Hello, Boxes should be stored in a cool and dry environment to prevent any melting or sticking of the pods. If you live in a humid environment you may want to transfer the pods to an airtight container like a jar or piece of Tupperware!

Answer:	MY FAVORITE PART, just a cardboard box. nothing else!! in fact, when i am done with the boxes, i have used for shipping small items that i need to mail!! mostly i just recycle the boxes. but no plastic, no bubble wrap. other companies should follow their example.
Question:	How well do they clean comparing to the most powerful tide pods
Answer:	We used to use the Tide 4 way pods (in the orange plastic container) and these do just as good on our dirty farm clothes. Our well water is pretty hard and clothes are just as clean. I do miss that scent though. (Keep you Tide container to store these in, the recyclable box isn't a good choice for storage.)

Answer:	These do not plug in. You simply unscrew the top, remove and discard the seal, and replace the top. The scent enters the air as the moisture in the filling evaporates.

Answer:	It’s just a freshener, but it does have alcohol (denatured) in it. You could use it as a cleaner, but it would be costly. It smells great though

Answer:	Mine all leaked in shipping. There was no tape or anything around the nozzles. One was half full, the other two were about 3/4 full. The box was wet from the leakage. Perhaps the same happened to you. It is a great product. Amazon shipping is often not the best shipping though.

Answer:	Hello, I wouldn't put more than 6 cards and 10 bills in the bottom sleeve. That will give you plenty of room to carry your card and still have your phone stay protected. The magnet is strong enough to keep the cards and bills snugly closed. Personally, I don't put any cards or bills in my case because once I did put them in there I realized that there's a chance that the cards could "possibly" scratch the iPhone screen. It's highly unlikely, but I'm meticulous with my phone. The card would have to have a grain of sand stuck on it and constantly be rubbed against the screen. Another thing that I realized is that I'm really just trying to protect the phone and not use it as a wallet and for that purpose it's great.
