Answer:	The online description states, "Safe for all cooking methods except induction"...
Question:	Are the skillets non-stick
Answer:	They're not the "non-stick" like Teflon. In fact, when I first got them, I was afraid they'd be difficult to clean. Not so! Hardly anything sticks. If it does (I still haven't mastered making omelets in the frying pans), a quick soak in soapy water followed by a good hand washing cleans them right up! I'd take these over the more "traditional" non-stick any day. No worries about chemicals leaching out of a treated surface into the food since it's simply metal. Hope this helps!
Question:	I see that they sell the 10 in pan separately along with a lid. Does one of the pot lids from the set fit the 10 in pan
Answer:	The set, came with 3 sauce pans with lids, 2 fry pans and a Dutch oven with a lid. The largest lid fits the Dutch oven but does NOT fit the larger fry pan. Because of the flare of the sides of the fry pan, the inside diameter is 10-1/4" while the straight-sided Dutch oven inside diameter is 9-1/2". I hope this helps you.

Question:	Can this go in oven
Answer:	Yes it can. I bought this pan for that exact reason. I have put it in a 425 degree oven.
Question:	Does it stay flat over time? I have another Al skillet the same size and over time time the center raised up making it impossible to cook evenly
Answer:	I got the 733-30H 5 1/2 quart pan. Both it and the 3 1/2 quart pan is stainless steel not aluminum. Yes the bottom stays straight unless it is severely over heated as in left on a high burner with nothing in it. I did have a stainless pan destroyed that way. It boiled dry and was left.
Question:	What is the dimentions of each size
Answer:	The fry pan is 12 inches inside and 3 inches deep. It is nice and heavy with a heat sink plate on the bottom. Very nice glass lid. The dual handles work great and don't get as hot as most skillets. Each time we clean the skillet I heat it up and use olive oil to cure the stainless to keep it from sticking. Answer:	I just got this pan and it is great1 Although I do not have an induction stove top the box states it works on induction tops. I also include a pic of the pan with refrigerator magnets stuck to the bottom to show that it is magnetic! Maybe older versions did not I don't know but this current version does!

Answer:	My 8 inch pan is exactly 8 3/8 inches across the very top of the pan outside edge to outside edge. This is where the lid would rest. I use the lid from one of my 3qt All-clad pot which the dimension on the lid where it sets inside the fry pan is 7 3/4. The fry pan has a little roll down on the stainless. I hope that is clear and helpful.

Answer:	The answer is two inches. My pan is a 12" skillet. You can fit a whole extra piece of chicken in a 12" pan that won't fit in a 10". Frankly, you need both, and I already had a 10" skillet. I would have bought the 14" but my stove probably isn't large enough.

Answer:	In my experience, it depends on how high you're cooking. At normal general temps, the handles on the pots and pans themselves are generally not too hot to the touch, but if you cook with the lids on the whole time, the lid handles will need to be removed using a potholder.

Answer:	1 lid (the largest) fits on the two biggest frying pans but the smaller lids don't fit on the small frying pans .

Answer:	I believe this product can be used on any type of stainless steel. If you are unsure, I would check with the manufacturer.
Question:	how long does it last
Answer:	I don't know if you mean how long does the product last or how long does the shine last. I just bought the product after getting my new dishwasher, which came smudged, so I don't know how long the bottle will last. I have used it only once so far--on the dishwasher, our range hood, our double sinks, and our toaster. The shine has lasted at least a week (I think it's been that long since I sprayed,) and it seems to resist finger printing. In our sinks, of course, the shine has not lasted as long, but it doesn't need to. I love this product, by the way. It is really easy to use and does a wonderful job.
Question:	Is this product fairly wipe-and-go, or is buffing required to remove residue
Answer:	The reason I like this so much is because it didn't leave a residue. It seemed like I would buff for a long time with other cleaners to try and blend in where I could see my wipe marks. This doesn't do that. I just sprayed it on lightly because a little goes a long way, and just wiped with the grain only doing a light "buffing" job. Hope this helps!
