Answer:	I didn’t buy the 3 bottles pack, but I bought the 12 pieces pack and I tear off the film and insert

Answer:	It does turn the tank and bowel blue, but doesn’t permanently stain them. The tablet lasts a few weeks and then I waited a few weeks to put another one in. In between, neither the tank nor the bowel was stained blue. It does help hard water stains. Still requires a little scrubbing, but not as much as without the tablet.
Question:	I have a marble vanity top. This product will clean it before I use the sealer
Answer:	Remove the thin plastic layer leave the blue thick plastic...press a little bit and it will sink.
Question:	My granite has darkened over the years ... will this help lighten it
Answer:	I am not sure why and I a was also confused about the two conflicting instructions, one says take plastic film and other says do not. I tried putting inside the tank with film on but the cleaner was just floating on top of the water. Seeing that, I took the fim off and walla, it worked and sanked in the tank. Bottom line: Take it off.

Answer:	No, it does not say anything about "sanitize" on can. Mine can is prob 3 yrs old. I reccomend this product possibly for use after sanitizing. It smells great and leaves granite smoth as heck, no streaking. I love it!

Question:	Is it safe to make a sandwich on the counter after using this cleaner
Answer:	I live in the desert southwest desert and we have a lot of problems with mineral (calcium) deposits. I have used all of the Rock Doctor products on our granite surfaces, they are good, but none work on minerals. Try this. Soak a rag in vinegar and then lay it on the spot - 10-30 minutes - it's always a guess. This tends to help remove some of the buildup. I have never had a problem with the vinegar staining my surfaces. The heavier deposits can sometimes be (laboriously) removed with a razor blade. The granite can handle the scraping as long as you aren't overly aggressive. Good luck.

Answer:	It is a single key deadbolt with a thumb knob on the inside . . . Double key deadbolts require a key to lock/unlock from both outside and inside.

Answer:	Black Diamond is an excellent product. You wipe it on your granite and it shines and is sealed. You're done. I do the process more than just once a year because it leaves such an amazing shine. I do not need any other products.

Question:	What is the difference between this and the Weiman quartz specific cleaner? If both can be used on Quartz
Answer:	I have granite counters and was recommended by installer to use the Weiman graniite specific cleaner. I use it 2 times a year and does a good job. Different counter materials require different cleaners due to their composition. I use the Weiman stainless steel cleaner for my sink and it specifically says do not use on stainless steel appliances. You would have to look at the ingredients online to see what each cleaner has in them to see the difference. I only use mine on granite, I have special marble cleaner I use for our marble entry way. I use the specific cleaner for each product I have and so far so good.
Question:	The directions say not to use on surfaces that come in contact with food or porous surfaces. How can i then use it on my granite countertop in my kitc
Answer:	I use it all the time on granite counter in kitchen; maybe just waiting for a while is OK, it's really that different than spraying windex on a counter. Who knows what legal makes them say but who most granite is in kitchens and not to be able to use there doesn't make a lot of sense.
