Answer:	A little goes a long way, if the floor feels sticky then too much was used. Just a light squirt and a damp mop. you will not feel any residue it you do not use too much.

Answer:	Yes! I didn't want to squirt it directly onto my wood floor, so I put 1/4 cup of Simply Floored in about a gallon of hot water in the mop bucket. It works great!

Answer:	I don't know. But, I would try it on a small inconspicuous area first.

Answer:	There is no percentage of how much vinegar is in here but white distilled vinegar is the first ingredient on the list. I bought the Eucalyptus and you can smell a slight hint of vinegar when you open the bottle. This is not just soapy water as the other commenter suggested. Hope this helps!

Finish It:

Cleaning and dusting of your floor surface is needed prior to applying our Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish to remove any dust/debris from your floors. Our Quick Shine Premium Spray Mop used with our Quick Shine floor cleaners is a good method as well. Once floor is clean of all dust, dirt, grime and pet hair squirt Finish in an S-shape onto floor in small 5 foot x 5 foot sections at a time. Question:	Will this make my laminate wood floor even more slippery than it already is? Floors are new and the dog hates it
Answer:	It is a possibility that it will; given that when you're cleaning you are removing dirt, dust, and small debris, etc. this can make any floor surface even smoother. HOWEVER, it doesn't contain soapy residues that are in themselves slippery. Bona makes excellent floor cleaners, therefore I would still recommend it over any brand such as Murphy, or pledge.
Question:	Is this sufficient or should I go for the Bona Pro Series? Differences
Answer:	Yes, it does a great job on my laminated floors and my tile floors! I haven't tried the Pro so don't know what the difference is

Question:	can I use it on tile pavers inside home
Answer:	The tile pavers I've seen at the home improvement stores are porous and a course surface texture. If that is the case, you may have a difficult time getting them clean. Perhaps a solution of Tri-Sodium Phosphate (TSP) might be the first order of business. Once clean, you may want to consider a commercial grade clear masonry sealer to prevent this job from being so difficult in the future. After that then the BONA would be useful for routine cleaning.

Question:	Does Shinekeeper need to be immediately applied after using this? I'd like to strip my kitchen in four sections over the course of a week
Answer:	The directions say to apply after you've washed the floor. You'd probably be ok to do it in steps if you have a way to stay off the "cleaned" areas. I personally think it would be best to polish soon after washing so you don't get any dust/dirt with your polish. (Besides that, the cleaner smell is a little strong so I would rather get it all finished at once.)

Answer:	I don't know if you can use it on a ceramic floor but I can tell you that I've never seen anything better at cleaning up vinyl flooring - it looks like new! And easy to do.

Answer:	Yes, did you mean acid wash or acid stain ?acid wash is etching and removing the top layer of the concrete and acid stain is etching color into the concrete and both are permanant . the only thing that could effect it would be more acid.

Answer:	I used a a clean mop that I could rinse with a twist to do the job.Let the product work for you,let it work for you.It will need a few minutes just to work. It is not instance let it work for you,not you working too fast. Apply then let it work. Just don't let dry. This is a really fine product.

Answer:	Only if your hardwood floors are sealed. Plus keep in mind this product is for damp mopping only.

Answer:	Probably. I use this in my vacuum mop. It's pretty gentle stuff. Keep in mind you will only need a few drops in the Braava. I only put two tablespoons in my CrossWave and it has a big tank. A little goes a long ways.
Question:	What kind of mop do you use to apply this cleaner
Answer:	It should work with pretty much any kind of mop. Either mix it in a bucket of water to use with a traditional mop or you can dilute it and use it with a microfiber mop. I have a mop from the brand Turbo Mops and I've had good results with it.

Question:	I added water to the tank but no water squirts out. Mop is completely dry. Any suggestions on how to make it work, or is this unit defective
Answer:	Purchased this mop 6/24/20 and PLEASE READ ON as I was about to pack this thing up and send it back. I am "that person" who has owned more vacuums and mops from every manufacturer out there than one can even imagine (yes, I admit it)... I assembled it correctly (not difficult) only to find no water/solution would squirt out. I emptied and refilled the water tank several times with water, combination of vinegar and water and drop of Dawn dish soap, tilted the mop head forward to make sure water/solution was reaching where it needed to, reassembled the handles, turned the unit on and off multiple times, pressed the spray button and still no spray. Was just about to pack it up and return it when I gave it one last try. I pressed the spray button at least 20 times more and it started working. To give expectations, I probably pressed the spray button over 100x or more. I read several questions/answers and reviews with the same problem and it seems you need to give the mop a chance and "prime" to release air and give sufficient time for the water/solution to move through as others with the same issue have said. Keep pressing the spray mop button, slowly. I was going to fast, but noticed a quick press or so is all is needed for a smooth spray. This is not going to be your take out of the box and spray on demand manual spray mop that many of us are familiar with. So, after getting the spray function to work and running it over a small section of my hardwoods, I am INITIALLY very pleased with it. No streaks on my newly refinished hardwoods and it polishes too! Yay! I will post updates on reviews if needed. But, just want to give others some relief in knowing the spray function will (likely-unless truly defective) will work for you without stress of returning!

Answer:	Mine didn't work either. I sent it back, got a new one (exchang), sprayer still didn't work. We took it completely apart and manually primed the pump and got it working. After all that we noticed that the plug on the tank is very, very soft. We are speculating that it might be the primer for the pump. Like on a mower. Ours is primed and working now, so I don't know that for a fact. If it loses it's prime again, I'll try that.
