Answer:	Absolutely, you can be aggressive as needed or a light buff. You have a choice of attachments between the floor and the heads. Plus it's ultra light, my 7 year old uses mine.

The pads absorb the liquid and, with it, the dirt, as you pass over it. Think of it more as a spinning Swiffer than as a mop-and-bucket cleaner.

Answer:	The vacuum does pull the dust and debris from the grout, but it’s not a magic wand: it is a wonderful tool that serves well between major cleanings. I don’t believe this was intended as a work horse

Answer:	MY opinion, but a reusable pad option for this item is a wet mop. A pain to use and defeats the purpose of this useful device. When it's pad gets too dirty to clean, you throw it out. Can light vacuum before wet cleaning. Also, you can get down on your hands an knees with a sponge and bucket. Disposable pad is part of the name for this device.

Answer:	16.9 oz. I've never had to refill it while cleaning and I use the steam feature the entire time - cleans approximately 1200 sq ft without refilling - it's an awesome mop - one of the best purchases I've made in a very long time!!

Answer:	YES!! I used it about every three weeks (honestly, I tried to get to it more often) for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, I was destroying my finish. I only used the Hoover steam Plus solution (http://www.amazon.com/Hoover-SteamPlus-Cleaning-Solution-WH00015/dp/B006L7STWW/ref=pd_bxgy_hg_img_y). We just had to refinish our floors and it cost $3100. The flooring guy said that steam is extremely hard on the finish since it is soooo hot, the cools soooo quickly. The wood expands and contracts just fine, but that caused micro-cracks in the finish. I could see it once he pointed it out. I will never use steam on them again.
Question:	does it seem difficult to hold the trigger down the whole time your mopping
Answer:	No, its not bad at all; however, if a person had to hold the trigger down for an extended time period ( half hour? ) I suppose fatigue in the fingers may be noticed. It does require constant pressure. A button to lock the trigger on would be nice.

Answer:	According to the directions no, Two of my floors are not sealed though and I still use it, I try not to use as much water and I move a lot faster to get the little I use up fast but I haven't see any problems

Even the ones that said they dried the floors, did not unless you went over them at least at least three times (it varied, depending on the humidity level). There is nothing worse than pulling up water that is not clean after you have used the machine at least twice. It is discouraging and disgusting. That is why I LOVE this one, it cleans using very little of the 2x solution (a small bottle is included) and then removes the water leaving you with a clean, dry floor without streaks. It is lightweight and I am nor writhing in pain when I finish.
Question:	How it cleaning corners and along baseboards? Does the unit go all the way to the baseboards
Answer:	To answer your question specifically, no, the machine cannot go flush up against the baseboard and into corners because the cleaning brushes are recessed a small distance from the front edge of the machine. There is also a small area on either side of a threshold when moving from one room to another which the machine doesn't clean very well. This happens with a change from one flooring material to another (i.e., vinyl to tile, vinyl to wood, wood to marble). But, overall, these baseboard, corner and threshold areas are small enough that I can use a soft cleaning tool such as a mop or sponge, to my satisfaction. I hope this helps.Judy

Question:	How do you attach the tools to the hose? They don't seem to fit
Answer:	Hello Dao, To use the tools included with the Hoover® REACT™ Professional Pet Plus you can attach them to either the end of the wand for above floor cleaning or to the end of the handle. To attach the tools to the end of the wand press the “Wand Release” button on the back on the vacuum behind the hose. Then push the tool onto the end of the wand. To attach the tools to the end of the handle, press “Handle Release” located on the front of the vacuum handle. Then push the tool onto the handle. Answer:	I used it on my granite counters and marble. It's just water. After running the steam across it I wiped any residue water away. It worked beautifully.

Answer:	For cat pee, use natured miracle urine remover. Its an enzyme cleaner. That will remove the smell first. I have a very picky cat.
